Change is good. I hope she doesn't forget her roots and I really hope she doesn't 'push limits' to the point of being grotesque. I don't want her to ever feel the need to have a 'wardrobe malfunction' or start kissing other woman for promotion.
I thought the song was sung by someone else. I never thought it'll be Colbie. But, change is good. It always good to try something new.

My wife left me taking my two daughters with her a couple years ago. I still see my girls but have to drive two states away just to meet halfway to get them. My whole life imploded. I lost my house and lost my sanity. Little did I know I have 5 serious mental disorders the worst being Bipolar 1 and Borderline. I languished between this world and wanting to be in the next for two years. I have endured suffering that most people can never approach. Not only these years, but most of my life with undiagnosed disorders untreated, I was diagnosed 9 days after my 40th bday. I prayed and prayed. During this time a friend of mine killed herself and we believe she had bipolar. My ex reached out to my for the holidays to try and salvage us. It was clear it wasnt happening. I took my girls to chic fil a. A young girl that worked there kept looking at me. She came over and talked with me. She heard my story and said I want to pray with you and she did out loud. After that she said I had a message for someone and when you walked in I knew it was you. You were meant to be here and your message is God loves you and he has you in the palm of his hand. Im only alive because HE saved me. Im still here and fighting.
You have a hard life, I'm impressed. I'm still young, not even 18 but your the kind of person i admire. The world has you in it's ropes but you refuse to let it take you. Keep on praying that you will carry your cross.
