Ezekial is a quality brand, you keep it in the freezer since it has no preservatives. I buy a loaf once every few months and thaw a few slices as needed as I really like to have a tuna sandwich or french toast once in awhile.
Since I cannot answer you below my comments, here it is as a normal comment: This is what I am opposing: The mainstream scientific opinion is, that the effect on colesterol is way more important than the inflamatory effects caused by omega six fats. The argument that the inflamatory effects outweigh the ldl effects is the fringe opinion. Your take "many scientists question it" is not in the direction you say but vice versa: Most scientists question the claim that the inflam. effect is the important one. I am not a physician, but e.g. Adam Ragusea disassembled the scientific discourse on the topic quite well. I don't want to accuse you of something or whatever, I just think that the inflamatory-argument is bait, which sounds reasonable but is actually not backed by the current body of research. But maybe you tell me where you got your info from and how you reached the conclusion. I have no ideologic stakes in this whatsoever, I am just interested in what food is healthy and which is not. And as far as I researched it, the dry and boring answer is, that omega 6 is better than saturated fats, while the saturated-fats-are-better-side is a hyped and shiny exciting fuzz.
Lol, first a list of chemicals that soud totally scary, then: oil. Bro, really? What am I gonna eat? Edit: checked it, you are wrong in this one. No offense but you need to check this.
I did, and I’m correct. I am talking about seed oil specifically here. You can still consume olive oil, avocado oil, butter, and beef tallow as well as coconut oil. Seed oils are artificially produced with bleaching and deodorizing agents, as well as chemical extractants, and extremely high in omega six fatty acids. They are linked to inflammatory processes, including arthrosclerosis. I understand that the American heart Association still promotes them as they do lower LDL cholesterol, but this is very shortsighted and has been questioned by many scientist.

Avoid eating plants
How are organic pesticides better than non organic for us? Are the pesticides that are sprayed are just as toxic?
Some plants. Not all plants.
