You commented that your wheeling vids don't get much traction, actually we watch them all and prefer your wheeling vids...but we watch them all anyway, Sliders came in handy I see. Keep up the good work and we will keep watching.
great vid, nice tracker. i have an identical one. if i could suggest one upgrade, it would be a rear locker. relatively cheap, and only 4 or 5 hours to install the first time. unbelievable traction difference.
Very cool. Thanks for sharing. I wonder if a lower tire pressure would have helped on the obstacle that surprised you. Was this the first attempt using those tires? Again, thanks for your videos.
Do you think the sound deadening is worth it? Have considered it would be interested to hear your impressions. Does the 2 inch lift have any effect on the ride quality? One of the main reasons we wanted to do it just to add a little more help to the jarring ride a tracker is.
The sound deadening is awesome. It definitely made a difference. I wouldn’t say the lift made the ride quality better, but the springs that I put in the back helped. What makes the biggest difference in ride quality is tire pressure. I run about 10 psi on dirt and 20psi on pavement.
Just added it to my description. I didn't post a link because I'm not an affiliate. I used the siless 50 mil stuff. I ordered 52 square feet and have a lot left over. I could have easily ordered the smaller quantity and done the job.
You don't get any more clearance unless you change your tire size.... The lift makes it possible to put in taller tires...... So my question is did you up the tire size after the lift? Or
You do get more clearance on the frame and trans crossmember, but you don’t get more clearance on the diff or the front control arms. I’ll go to a 31x10.50 15 when I wear these tires out. Right now I’m running 235/75/15 or 29” tires.
Love watching these after the upgrade videos! Thank you!
Also, beautiful country out there! That must have fun!
I like watching you tooling around the Owyhees in your tracker. Took mine to Challis last week and found some nice trails as well.

The two inch lift looks great!

Thanks!

Again, thanks for your videos.
Love watching offroading. Did you record the lifting process? If so, would love to see it too.
Yes I did. It’s in one of my other videos.
This was pretty 😍😍😍

@@haroldshobbies Would love to see where and how much deadening you used. About to do mine!

Does the sound deadening material make a significant difference? Thanks for the vid!
Yes. It does. I’m very happy with it.
