Nice video. A couple comments: 1) You most likely over torqued the high pressure line on the power steering pump. You need to take in account the extra leverage the length of the line wrench gives. To avoid extra math, keep the line wrench at 90 degree angle. 2) Hose clamp at the return line is not single time use. It's worth investing on special pliers to open and close it. Same clamps are used on the fuel filter.
Thanks for the tips! I've used the calculations a couple times already to compensate for attachments on the torque wrench already. I don't have an oetiker clamp tool yet, but it may be something to add to the tool box in the future.
Nice! I also have a manual c230k! Is yours a sedan or a coupe? I had an issue with the alternator on it so that's getting replaced soon, keep an eye out for the video!
Very useful, clear and detailed description, one of the best repair videos I've ever seen. Many thanks!
You really should have done the motor mounts while the compressor and alternator were out. Great video.
I'm surprised that compressor pulley didn't fly off and damage a bunch of other stuff. That's wild.
Great video. Would love to see more!

Your crankshaft pulley might need changing soon.
Just did mine on my S600.
I concur.
Having the same issue here, working on it :) !

Great job. Where did you buy the ac compressor from?
Thanks! I got the parts from FCPEuro. They usually have multiple options for parts too
