I have made a water pump auto of/on circuit accordingly your diagram. It has been working very nicely for last ten days. But today it is totally disorder. Please suggest me how to improve it's working life or what problem occurred ?

Agar hum middle level ki wire ko bhi bottom level ki red k level pe hi rakhna chahey toh kya possible hai. Aur fir kya tank mai sirf 2wire le jane se kaam ho jayega? Thank u

I watched many circuits for this purpose. All other circuits are not practical, motor will run alltime. But your video is perfect and use full anywhere. 👍

what you mean 12 vsupply use kartha hei tho 12v relay use kare,or 6v supply hai tho 6v relay use karo should we supply 12 volt or 6volt I don't get what u mean please explain
I am designing a system for automated municipal water pumping controller. Can u clarify one doubt? If water falls below middle wire and water is filling but lets say u removed middle wire from bucket, will the motor still continue working and then stop when water level touches top wire? I mean to say middle wire is removed when water level comes to low and motor starts filling. If this works we can automatically sense municipal water incoming and stopping and activate a sump motor.

got all the components but the confusion is the IC ULN 2003 16 legs instead of 8 and i know the 8 leg is for E and 16 is common one but will it work

Sir , can we give +ve supply to motor through relay as we give -ve supply. In that case should the tank water get shock. Pls guide me
Thanks for the quick response. By this only AC cathode supply will be present in the motor always instead of Ac Anode and cause no damage to motor coil..
Pls include water level indicator and a Two way switch so that we can use the motor bypassing the circuit.

Hi.. Thanks for sharing your vdo.. I have small problem with the sercuit...sercuit working well but. After filling the tank continually moter on. I checked the sercuit its working and relay has burnt and on. After that I fixed 40a relay it also burnt up during the motor on... Any solution for the issue?...I feel relay no enough to run the ac water moter

u can use same ckt for this purpose , also some other ckt available in market in which use liquid detector sensor..but the above ckt is simplest ckt ...

When water goes less than 2nd sensor motor starts which is good but when water touches that 2nd sensor motor stops what is this issue. Please answer.
In 1st step The motor is working upto the high level and motor stops,then water level decreasing up to the low level, when it reaches below the low level motor stars but immediately it stops when water level touching the low level. Plz reply

@@Ethcircuits It will not warm IC right, thus voltage controller is present, but after 5 minutes of switching on i found minor heat on IC.

I have a doubt bro. I'm using MCB for the pump switch and i am planing to fix a auto off circuit when tank is full...
When there is a short circuit MCB will turn off automatically... so 1.can i short the circut using a relay for auto turning off the pump??
2.Will it cause any permanent damage to the MCB or the relay ?
