Wonderful and so simple. I’m definitely going to do this.
Many years ago I went to a chiropractor for back pain. She did muscle testing on me to check for food allergies. This was in 1990s and really new to me. It turns out it was the casein in the hot chocolate powder that I was drinking to replace coffee. I was a student at the time. As soon as I stop drinking hot chocolate, the pain was gone. If you can find someone who does muscle testing, this will definitely help, it’s easy to learn it for yourself as well. Check it out on RUclips.
