Unknown reel to reel tape recorder - anyone recognize it?

Does anyone know what make this machine is? Its a small compact 5 inch reel to reel which looks to be for use with data collection, with unusual input connetors and limited tape control functions, it looks as if it should be switched on and record only, no replay or winding functions.
