A record that has always given me a great feeling. Especially Steve Rotary's guitar...❤
If this were the only Marillion album they would still be one of my favorite bands.
When i heard this song the first time, a great love to Marillion began.
Here the same. Till today!
Yep, for me as well!! And still fantastic after 38 years!!
First Marillion album I ever listened to was Misplaced Childhood
Song forever in my life
Because of this song and Misplaced Childhood I became a fan of Marillion.
28th June 1986 at the Garden Party at Milton Keynes Bowl when they played the album in full. A memory I’ll always cherish. ❤
I had the honor of seeing Marillion live in Germany.
I'll never forget it. Thank you Steve Hogarth!!!✌
this song literally changed my life. it started me on a new path of music awareness and appreciation, and inspired me to become the mildly talented musician that i have become.
the most perfectly conceived, written, and produced album i can think of. thanks so much to the band and Christopher Robin Kimsey for bringing it to life and recording it for us all to share. also thanks to Mark Wilkinson for the beautiful artwork.
First heard this song in a "best 80's songs" compilation a few years ago, and that's how I learned about Marillion and their other great songs. This song will always hold a special in me, definitely love the guitar solo, especially the one in the extended version
Have the 7" knocking about somewhere, great song, holds a lot of memories
I remember buying this when it came out. still love it.
Great memories 😊
NOSSA MARILLION !! OBRIGADA SEUS AMADOS. PERFEITO
Simply the best band ever!!❤
Greetings from Cyprus !!!
One of my favorite albums to this very Day. I have always loved every part, I am a fan since Script for a Jesters Tear this made me Uber fan. I traveled to Meadowlands in New Jersey USA to see Marillion Open for Rush on the Power Windows Rush Tour. My two favorite bands together ❤️ Awesome 😎 I loved it is full what beautiful Memories 💗
Jedna z najlepszych najwspanialszych płyt 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸Marillion....🇵🇱Kocham to......
Awesome!
Большое спасибо!
Timeless!
Timeless masterpiece!!!!
Rothers excelled even himself on this version !
Please Upload the music videos of the band!!!!!!!! Thumbs up to can write this
Que bom ver que o Marillion está sempre ativo

Marillion Forever Forever Marillion
I love that h does not try to emulate Fish at all.
Terrifying voice.....Fish for ever!!!
really released not earlier than may 1985 ?
I heard it for the very first time , the full album, from a tape a buddy had given me on the saturday of live aid when we had to load our rowing boats for a championship the next 2 days in hannover. And that sunday was a terrible hot sunday over 36°C when I heard the album for the very first time. Still lovely memories and reminds me to Loreley concert too.
For Me the Best Studio Album with Fish......
Acho que é o melhor vídeo, que eu já vi, do Hogarth cantando Kayleigh.
Queria saber onde foi esse show (considerando a bandeira do Brasil no meio do vídeo).
Marillion é foda demais.
🇧🇷
And LAVENDER.
Play loud and lights of
Привет из России❤
Just fish knows better
Ese proyecto es de fish también, invitenlo. Y díganle a Steve q cante bien sin flojera.
I don't care that Fish isn't singing, especially since he really can't sing those songs in the same key, but you can tell that H has really no interest in singing Fish era songs.
Not one of their better offerings in my opinion......it just doesn't have the "depth" of 95% of their songs.
Never heard of them. Until Neil mentioned them on the young ones.
Fish cant sing this anymore, lost his voice. Steve is breathtaking
