You know an album has a pull when it doesn't sound dated or aged. Yes, the world has changed but these songs still stand up and are just as beautiful sounding then as now. ❤
I was 15 years old when I bought this album (the year after its release) I wasn't familiar with the band at that point but I had a habit of buying random albums by bands I didn't know based solely on the album cover, so thank you to whomever designed the packaging, it introduced me to something I dearly love. Thank you for such wonderful music.
A prophetic song for our age written 34 years ago, beautiful and still a warning today, are we listening though?, cheers lads.
Classy, classic Marillion. No band can take you somewhere like they can. You don't just listen. You exist in it.
Of course there are other bands and i am seeing Marillion since 86
Seasons End, Still the best Marillion's song, and one of the best songs ever.
Maravilla
I get Goosebumps listening to Seasons End, I love it, best band in the world, Amazing Marillion! Thank you ❤
Grande banda ,uma das melhores!
The first time "Seasons End" was released, I was reluctant to listen since Fish was gone, but after listening to tracks like 'The King of Sunset Town', 'Easter', 'Hooks in You', "The Space…", & the title track, I decided maybe Marillion with Steve won't be so bad. Needless to say, I'm still with them to this day ☺️☺️☺️
😲you missed my favourite from this Album…..Berlin!
Hogarth saved this great band. What a singer
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
Best album forever

Well seasoned
Steves voice is beautiful
These guys are insanely good
Unadulterated emotion
Must have heard this song a 1000 times and it still is so emotive. Beautiful and so prophetic
Seasons End was my „entry drug“ into marillion and prog rock in general. It has a special meaning to me in multiple aspects. Happy anniversary!
Thought when fish left seasons really did end for Marillion but wow even better ..long live Marillion 30+ years and still churning out great music & long may it continue love marillion ❤❤
I remember my first listen to Seasons End like it was yesterday. I was a huge fan of Marillion and knew Fish had left. Rothery was always the biggest draw for me though. Putting it on, hearing that slow build in King of Sunset Town..... Into the blistering opening solo gave me goosebumps. On to the verse and the chorus, I knew I was going to love Marillion just as much as I had previously. An absolutely exceptional album.
Gorgeous version 💚
Sure wish you guys would come to St.Louis, Missouri USA. 😢
Marillion, una de las mejores bandas Prog !!! 😊
This was sooooo amazing at the Montreal 2022 Weekend! Amazing! Thanks Gents! -Brent, VT USA😀
When Marillion was for the first time in México city with this work I'll never forget... was amazing.
Happy Birthday, SE! When this album came out, I listened to it more than any other album ever (to this day!). At least twice a day for weeks. It's a favorite, for sure.
!!Bellisima cancion y tan actual !!
MARILLION : AMOR PRA TODA A VIDA. PURA CLASSE.

MARILLION❤ 25 ANOS EM QUE O QUE ERA PAIXÃO SE TRANSFORMOU EM AMOR ETERNO!!🎸🎶
Verdade!
AMEN!!!
great song ... great musicians i think...
Opinión personal, el mejor album de Marillion. Es uno de los pocos trabajos que puedo escuchar entero, ninguna canción floja, una obra maestra.
I agree.
When it was first released I played it’s entirety for months.
I remember H and The Boys performing this at Wembley in 1990.
H sang the rather haunting prayer beforehand (which I think he should do more often ... .. ) and I remember thinking 'Yep, the boy can sing' !
You can listen to that version with the Christmas carol introduction on the excellent live in Glasgow CD (recorded on Dec. 4th 1989). Will never forget seeing them live for the first time at the age of 16 in Paris in October 1989. Marillion is a very special band. Unforgettable and timeless music. Thank you so very much.
(Comme tous les autres) Many Many Thanks Guys... votre œuvre m'accompagne chaque jour ❤
Best album ever.👌
just amazing
Love it 😊
Emozioni infinite. Grazie a tutti voi, Marillion per sempre. Nico giornalista
What a song! What a band!❤
wish you'd tour America.
Prima Song
My favorite song ever

UM ALBUN DOS MAIS INTENSOS . 10
This is such a fantastic album, would love to hear king of sunset town again live. I’m doing a double gig Paris visit in November seeing The Lottery Winners and Marillion on consecutive nights. Chalk and cheese musically but can’t wait!
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
I just went to Saturn and back...

Music is no competition, but the truth is: Marillion is better than Pink Floyd. Just accept it.
Perfekten Nachfolger für Fish.Danke dafür. Ich mag die Musik total.❤
So did we say goodbye? When did we? When will we? Or just complaining what the hell is this weather sometime? What are we missing? The answer is so clear these days.
Ho la pub bien dégueu avant !
From heartbreak when Fish left the band to sheer joy when H took the mantle on, this album has such special memories. King of Sunset Town, Easter, Seasons End, Holloway Girl, After Me, The Release, The Space...what a magnificent album and B sides. 😍
With all the albums that were released in September, maybe the next one should just be titled "September" ?
Can you answer me a question? What is Steve Rothery holding at the bottom of the fretboard on his guitar? I noticed the guitarist from Hollywood Vampires holds the same sort of thing when they do their version of Bowie's 'Heroes'.
It’s called an Ebow.
@@alfreddiender5177 Thank you
fish dönemini çok sevmekle birlikte işbu şarkı ve işbu albümün yeri ayrıdır.
Wish the band would go back to making albums of tracks that were shorter and more concise like Seasons End rather than the recent mumbled over indulgences.
