Just wanted to introduce myself to the RUclips community for my first video. I am a 22 year old singer-songwriter based out of San Francisco, CA. I was originally inspired by RUclips artists such as Passion, Legaci, and Gabe Bondoc and I've always felt that I'd love to be an addition to the community which began my passion for music.
This video was done SUPPPPEEERRR last minute as a video audition for Kollaboration SF 2012. It's an organization made to support and promote Asian American youth which I became aware of through other popular RUclips artists. I chose this song because Lauryn Hill was a pioneer in neo-soul music, my favorite genre, and the song had such a strong foundation that I could vibe off of. A classic.

Is this not by Fugees(THINK I MISPELLED THAT)? I thought they say HIM and not HER. If they are doing a cover by Fugees, then they are doing the "original" for the version they are singing.
