The guy in overalls is Beugs, a friend of Rob’s (glasses). Beugs is in other videos and knows no shame. Ok, no changes for Home Free since 2016. Adam is the only beatboxer they’ve had and he’s amazing. Try Adam Rupp Drum Solo (2015). It’s just him and a microphone and he’s incredible. Rob (glasses) is the tenor, he can sing opera. Austin (redhead) is the high tenor and can be silly as all get out, he can yodel too. Tim, is the bass, and he can sing with the tenors as he has a 5 octave range. Only difference lately is he couldn’t get to the hairdresser during Covid so he let some gray come in and cut his hair. Chris (cowboy hat or ball cap in older videos) is the founder of Home Free in 2000 with his brother Adam. Chris left the group in 2016 and was replaced by Chance (short dark beard in newer videos). The a cappella groups all like each other and will help each other at times. They’re all friends. Enjoyed your reaction and I subscribed. 😄🥰

@@dj_410 All 3 groups are constantly jumping into each other's videos. Avi does Ring of Fire with them and photo bombs Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget. Rob jumped into VP's ANC 10 movie themes. And their hillbillies vs Zombies is weird.
This is such a fun mashup of songs. Very cleverly done from one song to another. The talent these guys have is phenomenal. They have so much fun but the vocals never suffer. And Adam's beatboxing is on another level. Home Free was very respectful in this video about not exploiting or offending any women.
That is so so sweet of you to say! Yeah I've been told but I haven't reacted to enough yet to go see them or it will spoil too many amazing blind reactions for my haha
A couple of the surprise "Easter eggs" that a lot of people miss in this video, Austin sticking his tongue out on the opening after "It's So Big!", and Tim eating the ham sammich. Great reaction!!
There are several Easter Eggs in this video. In the Honky Tonk segment you get the wiggle wiggle from the next song. In Wiggle Wiggle after showing the "ham sammich" the next scene shows Tim eating it in the background. In the opening cut of Fat Bottom Girls Tim's on the far right doing a head-banger hair shake. During Baby's Got Back Rob takes a poke at Pentatonix changing one line to, "you know Daft Punk was dubbed." In the Thong Song you noticed Austin using his finger to modulate the high drone sound. I haven't found one in Country Girl yet and of course you saw Beugs in the finale. This was released as an April Fools joke.
Correct. Layne made this arrangement from song ideas home free sent him. Tim Foust also is good friends and helped coach Geoff on growls for bass. VP does Queen in 5 minutes and it's a cool storyline they set it around. Pentatonix does Bohemian rhapsody justice in acapella (even brian may liked it). Mitch will make you believe in reincarnation for Freddy.
The band members are Austin who was doing the mouth thing his is the high tenor, Rob also a tenor, Tim, Adam champion beatboxer, and Adam's brother Chris. Chris left after a while and Adam Chance came in. They call him Chance so not confuse the two Adams. Adam Chance is a Baritone and does bass when Tim is singing,
I was gonna say! That man has aged like a good whiskey! Just making sure... is it Adam at the start who says OMG Timmy?? Cause he looks SO different now 😂
@@dj_410Austin was always a good-looking boy, but he's an actor underneath the voice. His gf was stylist for the band (the beautiful girl sitting between Austin and Tim) and used to work miracles transforming him.

What I like most is: how often do you see a music video where the pretty girls hired for the video stand around in the background watching the band members twerking?
This is truly Home Free. 🥰 Sometimes I can get tears in my eyes because it is so emotional 😢and other times I have those tears too but from laughing😂. But always it's so good!!! And than Rob's amazing whistling and rap. This is just hilarious. 🤣 What happens in the background is also so funny😅 I think to learn a little more about what else each member of the group can do, maybe you should listen to the live performance of "9to5" among others. Because it was Austin who made that sound. And at "Mayday" you will also be surprised. But as you said yourself: you really should listen to "two country singers try singing opera-Nessun Dorma". And by the way, did you hear Rob's whistling? For me one of the best whistlers I've ever heard.
You mentioned collaborations with Voice Play and Home Free. You should react to the music video collab they both performed together called "Zombies vs Hillbillies" song cover is "Survivor" The first song cover is from country artist Trace Adkins. I recently learned some trivia that the guy at the end in the overall cut off shorts is a friend of Home Free band and is featured in some other Home Free videos such as "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" Christmas song that is a hilarious video like this one! The overalls the guy is wearing are the SAME overalls Tim Foust wore in Home Free video "Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget"! That video is not a cover song but an ORIGINAL song WRITTEN BY Tim Foust himself! There is also a surprise at the end of the "Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget" video also! Watch for the surprise!
You, sir, are the very definition of a cinnamon roll and my new favorite reactor. Loved it so much! And definitely do check out the opera soon! It will blow. Your. Mind.
Home Free has "From The Vault" videos that explain how each video is made, and they are fun to watch! And you really need to watch an Adam Rupp drum solo-will blow your mind. So will Rob & Austin singing Nessun Dorma.
Your joke about butts at the beginning made me smile, realizing you had a nice surprise coming. Home Free is my absolute favorite (and I don't just mean as an a cappella group). PTX and Voice Play are great. But Home Free just has that special combination that speaks to my heart.

Austin was doing the high-pitched lip trills... awesome! Adam and Chris Rupp were both founders of Home Free and both kept the group going and growing through some tough times.

I think most of the a cappella groups kind of help each other out from time to time . That was Austin doing that sound you asked about , all of the guys can beatbox to some degree ( see live performance of 9 to 5)
They did a video with Voiceplay " zombie vs Hillbillies" and " Elvira " with the Oakridge Boys arranged by Geoff. Also during Baby got Back Tim was doing the drum beatboxing.
Home Free is Adam Chance, who's referred to as "Chance", Adam Rupp, the vocal percussionist, Austin Brown, who's the Georgian Jesus, Rob Lundquist the "I Like Big Butts" rapper and whistler and Tim Foust, who's the long-hair (at least in this video), bass singer.

I know I already commented, but I want to add this. I truly believe that every one of these guys could sing solo and have absolutely amazing careers. The fact that they all choose to sing together and that their talents mix together so perfectly makes them absolutely phenomenal. Home Fry for life here!
I don't know if they have done any songs that are just Luke Bryan, but they did cover This Is How We Roll by Florida Georgia Line, which features Luke Bryan.
@@dj_410 I'm looking at the phrasing of my comment and I feel like it could be misinterpreted, so just in case... It's only the boys from Home Free doing the cover. The original featured Luke Bryan. (I just don't want you to be disappointed. They have had original singers join them for other covers... Don McLean for American Pie, the Oak Ridge Boys for Elvira, Lee Greenwood for God Bless the USA...) Still, I hope that doesn't dissaude you and you do react to it very soon. It's a fun one. 😁
Home Free has made me both laugh and cry. This was next level laughs and Rob rapping was hilarious. Tim with the "ham sammitch" was funny too. Try watching Adam Rupp's newer drum solo video and the audience derailed video--awesome stuff. Adam is called The Freak Of Nature for a reason. You can't miss When A Man Loves A Woman or One Voice with Billy Gilman. Have tissues ready on the latter--it's a tear jerker.
Home Free, VoicePlay, and the Filharmonic toured together for a couple of months in 2014 after they competed in The Sing-Off. They've stayed friends since then. Chris, Rob, and Tim have all guest sung in VoicePlay songs. I highly recommend checking out Tim's guest appearance in Just Sing. Do make sure you have the closed captions turned on -- VP identifies everyone who sings and also makes occasional comments. As a general rule of thumb, always check to see if VP has captioned their videos.
If you want to see more of their on the road behind the scenes, check out their video for "Life is a Highway" They show little clips of the shenanigans these guys get up to. As for the video behind the scenes, there is one for practically every video they have done so yeah, quite a few. But they have started to release them on RUclips, one each month, in their From The Vault series. So, go check out a video, then check out the Behind The Scenes...see if you like it. I would recommend "All About The Bass" and the bts for that one on RUclips. Hilarious!! Also, Adam Rupp's brother Chris has a RUclips channel and has done reactions to some Home Free videos, letting us hear the little behind the scenes info for the ones he was in, including this one. BTW, Adam has always been in Home Free. He and Chris started it with friends while in college for a church talent show. Lol. Oh and Home Free's version of Elvira (performed with the original singers, The Oak Ridge Boys) was arranged by Geoff Castalucci.😊
Thank you for the fun reaction! I love that you at the beginning made the same joke Austin did at the end of the video. That was gold! All us home fries would love to chill with these guys. They are not only talented, but are funny and humble as well. Thank you for a good time!😁🏡🍟
There's an interview with Chris Rupp (black cowboy hat) on y/t wherein he says that this was his pet project. In summary, his sister had worked with a modeling agency and that's where the women were from. Since they didn't want to objectify the women, the only 'butts' are theirs. Austin (red hair) choreographed the line dance. The man in the one-shoulder overalls is a friend of Rob's (and co-hosts on Rob's channel).
There was one concert when Adam was doing his drum solo and the rest of the guys lost track of the time. He ended up making requested sounds from audience members for about 10 minutes until they realized he was done.
This mash-up is genius. The high sounding keyboard in the "thong song" is Austin. If you want to see more of Adam , check out his videos of just his "drum solo". It will blow your mind.
They sure know how to have fun 🤣and sure do a fantastic job at it! Home Free and VoicePlay participated in season 4 of the sing-off (Home Free won there). They made a video you can find in VP's channel, in case they had to confront each other. The vid, "Zombies vs. Hillbillies - Survivor (VoicePlay vs. Home Free)", is great! Around that time, Geoff gave Tim his arrangement for "Elvira", and after a few tweaks, HF made it very popular. Just search for Elvira, you'll find both versions on live streams (so, not in their own channels); they're both great, with Tim going very low and Geoff very high. After the competition was over, both went on the sing-off tour for over a year. I love that they kept a friendly relationship during and after. As far as members, Chris and Adam (brothers) are founding members. Chris left the group in 2016 to pursue his solo career, and that's when Chance joined. HF has many fun videos, as well as more serious ones, and not all country style; all worth watching. I like both groups very much, but VoicePlay has a bigger place in my heart; Just personal taste. Thanks for another great reaction! Oh, the guy in the overalls is Rob's friend Buegs. They had (or have) a podcast together, the avid indoorsmen.
I saw Home Free a few yrs ago live when they toured the UK! Best concert ever! And Tim's bass vibrating through the building gave me shivers in a good way! Adam also done a solo stint which was awesome! Well worth seeing them live if ever able to!
The guy in the overalls name is Beugs. He is a good friend. Those overalls are the same pair that Tim wore in Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget. The guy in the yellow flannel shirt that made that sound is Austin Brown sky high tenor. Chris Rupp is te guy in the hat, is the founder of the group. When he left in 2016 Adam Chance took over baritone. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
The guy in overalls is also a nod to Maddie and Tae’s ‘Girl in a Country Song’. Putting that in there is priceless. I suggest that video to understand the complete reference and how it helps balance the butt obsession.
Easter Egg alert ! At the beginning after Tim finishes his Badonkadonk, Rob comes in with Patty Cake With No Hands, when they Ham 'samich', Tim is in the background chomping down on a Ham sandwich. Also it was Austin Brown the high Tenor who was playing the electric finger guitar lips.
Adam and his brother Chris were the original founders of Home Free in college. Now Adam is the only founding member left. The first song is Honkytonk Badonkadonk by Trace Adkins abd I think the second song is one by Jason Derullo. Austin was doing the sound you asked about in the Thong Song.
I added honkytonk to my country playlist immediately after reacting to this and added this to my new Acapella playlist! Which I'm loving! Thanks for your great comment 😀
Check out some of their Covid-era videos - very clever and original! One of my favorites is Quarantine - a parody of Billy Joel's Honesty. SOOOO funny!! Keep the great reactions coming!
of every single reaction so far that I’ve seen of people reacting to their butts medley. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone be able to keep a straight face and not laugh. So clearly they’ve accomplished their mission.
Since you seem fond of a country vibe, I would suggest that you would really enjoy Home Free’s versions of Hillbilly Bone, Moonshine, Down to the Honkytonk, Thank God, I’m a Country Boy This is How We Roll Fishing in the dark/Boondocks, mashup Of course there many ,many more but this list would get you started 😊
I'm convinced there's no song these guys can't put their own spin on and make it even more amazing than it is! BTW, if you haven't heard the original Honky-tonk Badonkadonk by Trace Adkins, you should! Trace has an absolutely beautiful voice too!
“Did they just make the same joke I did at the beginning of this video?” Yes. Yes, they did. And once I saw you do it, I couldn’t wait to see your reaction to them doing it!
You should watch Chris Rupps reaction to Butts Medley - He was one of the Founders of Home Free and is the one responsible for putting this arrangement together.
Enjoyed your reaction!! That other member who is TRULY amazing is Austin Brown. He’s the high tenor with the buttery voice who did the lip thing. He sings with Rob in the opera video.
What's not to love..💚👌😊... These guys are quickly becoming American Treasures...and we love sharing them with the world... Get your fix every day..we do !...😁... Much love to #DownUnder ...🌿🌿🌿
I know that there is Square Dancing in Australia. (During lock down we started doing it on zoom, and we had several Australians join in.) Line dancing is often done at square dances, so if you can find the square dance people, they can probably tell you where to look for line dancing.
I hope that you have a chance to hear them live and in-person at some point. They have a delightful sense of humor, which really comes out at their concerts. They have fun and it's hard to see that sometimes from the produced content. You'll love them. So glad you are enjoying this deep, deep rabbit hole you've jumped into...
Home Free was actually in Sydney yesterday wrapping up a brief visit to Australia where they performed at CMC Rocks in Ipswich. They were on TV a couple days ago and are shooting a couple music videos before they head back to the US.
This was one of the first things I ever saw from Home Free and I couldn't stop giggling. Still more of a Voiceplayer, myself, but I grew up on country music, so I do still enjoy them! Speaking of Voiceplay and their friendship with the Home Free boys? You need to look up the ACA (short for acapella) Top 10 Bro Country songs, with Chris Rupp. It's an older video from 6 years ago. But I think you'd love it.
Oh holy cow. This was sucha fun song, I laughed alot, hahaha.. They are incredible talented and the beatboxing guy is amazing. Love the reaction from you and the jokes and all. Thank you so much for this video. Keep it up hun and im looking forward for the next one 🥰❤
Honkeytonk badonkadonk by Trace Adkins is awesome. It was inspired by his time on celebrity apprentice. Adam Rupp, the beat boxer, is a founding member of the group along with his brother Chris. Chris, who is in this vid, left the group and was replaced by Adam Chance, who goes by Chance. I love this band; their humour and amazing vocal talent are my faves.
I really enjoyed this, I haven't seen it before now but it was great! I loved your excitement when they got to that song you like 😂 I'm sure it's already on your list but since you mentioned queen..... Voiceplay queen in 5 mins sheeeeeeeesh 😂❤

The amazing high note with the finger was Austin. Rob and Austin Nessun Dorma aria. You’re welcome✌️😂
❤️ your reaction! Home Fry and new subscriber! Yes, more Home Free please! 😁❤️
2 Home Free videos will be coming a week aswell a 2 Voice Play and a bunch of other stuff :D
You do need to see them live....it is such a party! In fact the guys are in Australia right now 17th thru 19th!
Adam's Drum solo's in concerts are a BLAST!!!!!
Home Free is so much fun.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Love from a Texas Home Fry
Love back to you from down under!!
😂😂 great reaction! They really are just regular every day guys. Genuinely good good guys. They're in Australia right now!!
Ruth, didn't they also just announce they will be back to Oz in October of this year?!!
@@dj_410 you're welcome
Tim Has blown out many subwoofers during concerts he goes so damn low. Buildings LITERALLY VIBRATE
The words "next level" work, lol! They are something else!
Since you seem fond of a country vibe,
I would suggest that you would really enjoy Home Free’s versions of
Hillbilly Bone,
Moonshine,
Down to the Honkytonk,
Thank God, I’m a Country Boy
This is How We Roll
Fishing in the dark/Boondocks, mashup
Of course there many ,many more but this list would get you started 😊
I'm convinced there's no song these guys can't put their own spin on and make it even more amazing than it is! BTW, if you haven't heard the original Honky-tonk Badonkadonk by Trace Adkins, you should! Trace has an absolutely beautiful voice too!
“Did they just make the same joke I did at the beginning of this video?”
Yes. Yes, they did. And once I saw you do it, I couldn’t wait to see your reaction to them doing it!
You should watch Chris Rupps reaction to Butts Medley - He was one of the Founders of Home Free and is the one responsible for putting this arrangement together.
Love these guys and their sense of humor and talent😂
Enjoyed your reaction!! That other member who is TRULY amazing is Austin Brown. He’s the high tenor with the buttery voice who did the lip thing. He sings with Rob in the opera video.
If you like this medley, you will probably enjoy their "Sea Shanty Medley"
Home Free is in Ipswich right now until the 19th at CMC Rocks
What's not to love..💚👌😊...
These guys are quickly becoming American Treasures...and we love sharing them with the world...
Get your fix every day..we do !...😁...
Much love to #DownUnder ...🌿🌿🌿
There's a restaurant in the US called Texas Roadhouse where the waitstaff does a line dance in the middle of the dining room every 30 minutes.
Adam would smoke Lane in a box off 😊 If you don't believe it just watch one of the Adam Rupp Drum solos.
But the 2 of them working together would be a masterpiece! Haha
Unlike other beatboxers, Layne would make it interesting and fun.
Adam is just nuts!
Great reaction to the guys! Their comedy and personalities 🤣 are the best! New sub for more, please!
Thanks so much for the Sub! Loads more home free coming with at least 2 vids of theirs a week!
A reactor went to one of their shows and met them. They invited him to come out for drinks after the show. How awesome would that be?
Oh holy cow. This was sucha fun song, I laughed alot, hahaha.. They are incredible talented and the beatboxing guy is amazing. Love the reaction from you and the jokes and all. Thank you so much for this video. Keep it up hun and im looking forward for the next one 🥰❤
The scary thing about Honkytonk Badonkadonk, my 34 year old son knows every word word to this song, he absolutely nails the beast Lol
I loved your excitement when they got to that song you like 😂
I'm sure it's already on your list but since you mentioned queen..... Voiceplay queen in 5 mins sheeeeeeeesh 😂❤
Yess! High high on my list haha thanks for your lovely comment as always 🥰
I should have known better than to take a drink as Rob started to rap as your reaction was great.
Chris Rupp discusses making this song. Lots of interesting insights.
Such lovable goofballs. Chris Rupp has a behind the scenes for this on nis channel, ChrisRuppOfficial. Laughed out loud when I saw the intro screen. So many more songs to enjoy. Enjoy the ride
ruclips.net/video/zqLeU9k1PMo/видео.html
Chris Rupp and Adam Rupp started this group in college and picked up the others along the way
If you live in NSW, there are numerous country music festivals in the state... The most famous being held in January in Tamworth...
You'll be able to find someone line dancing at one of them.
They also have "The Vault" episodes of each of their behind the scenes of their videos.
Adam has always been the beatboxer. He and his brother Chris founded the group
