      I had tennis elbow like pain for months. I suffered for about 7 months now. Tried all your stretches and various things. It only seemed to get worse. Even though most of the pain was associated with my 3rd finger I theorized I had Ulnar nerve entrapment largely due to sleeping on it. Things that work were Ice Pack for Tendonitis, Splint for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, Diclofenac gel. Pain reduced quickly at first then plateaued. After experimenting I figured out a fix that take 2 seconds to do and relieved 99% of the pain and restores my strength. Let me know if you want me to explain the technique.

    What do you do with a shoulder that you fell down on?

    • @MichaelMantion
      @MichaelMantion 10 месяцев назад

      I do the affected arm on top, palm up. Grab with good hand bull down and tilt neck away from painful shoulder. Hold 30 seconds, shake it out, relax, repeat.

    I broke that bone 2 years ago, by the elbow, and they said that I broke my elbow. I put it in a sling then with the ortho doc saying yes. I took the sling off and started getting ROM back. It will hurt every time it rains, so I just do the same exercises again and I will feel better quickly!

      @ Oh wow, thank you so much. I’m pretty sure I irritated it when I added light wrist weights to my exercise routine (mini trampoline/ rebounder) a few months back.
      I got a compression sleeve the other day, it helps a little. Before you replied I tried several of your techniques & they helped noticeably. I’ll try the others. I’m very grateful for your response, have a super day 🙏✨

    I'm curious if there is a similar technique for those of us that shoot a bow? I noticed after picking up my draw weight to 70#, I've gotten something similar, though the pain is at the bicep end, though the interior of the elbow.

    Checking in to see if Mike got replaced. At least he’s wearing long pants! Staying unsubscribed! Can’t watch that Mike. My best wishes and love to Bob, and to Brad, of course.
