@@akshayhadawale9696 So far I recovered. Whenever I use my left/right hand I make sure not to put pressure on my elbows so I tend to sit while using my phone and ,when I'm laying down I prevent putting pressure on the nerve on my elbow so I kinda tilt it a bit and putting pillow or soft cushion help. Make sure you know which part of the nerve is damage it's either on the shoulders, neck and elbow this is where most part the damage occurs so try to determine which area. There are exercise on the RUclips that well help you determine which part is damage then do less pressure on them and let it rest for some days. If it's in the nick or shoulders probably on your sleeping positions try to adjust. And I constantly do some stretching, before I sleep and in the morning there are some videos on RUclips for that. Good luck I hope you recover soon. And of course check with your doctor numbness might also cause by other underlying diseases such as diabetes or mild stroke but with our situation right now doctors might not be available. Sorry for my bad grammar English is not my first language. I hope I help you out.

@islanti i got 3 days ago. My pinky fingers is so hard to move now, my elbow is very sensitive and when add pressure it's feels like electrified. Last night was the worst attack of the pain. It's feels like I pushed up to my limit and the most affected is elbow, forearm and biceps. Even my pinky fingers feels tingly. I read in Google. Don't be so foreful in it or you might get it into more bad condition that will result into surgery.

Now I am staying home with my twin boys and I've had the worst flare ups yet having to carry and burp 2 babies ! I didn't feel any symptoms while doing that but when i was lying in bed watching a video from my phone and i had my elbow bent all the way and my wrist twisted holding the phone for 40 minutes, when i released the position i got accute pain in my forearm. Thank you so much for this video!!! I just had a cubital release done on Thurs last week, so 4 days ago, because of Ulnar neuropathy, but I also have a herniated disc in my neck, 4 of them in fact, and before my surgery was done they had to do a cool test where they sent electrical signals from my fingers through each nerve to narrow down which area of my body is causing the symptoms, the spinal nerves or the ulnar nerve itself. Luckily I live in Canada and have a rare neurological disorder so I already have a neurologist and there was no wait time involved for me, but for those who are not as lucky, I just wanted to say my doctors did these 3 tests you guys described as well as the fancy one! @@brisetta that is great. Im happy you finally got relief in it. I'm scheduled to take the same electric test you described in your post. I've had pretty bad Tendinitis in both my elbows and right wrist for nearly a year now. My orthopedic thinks it's progressed to cubital tunnel in my left elbow hence the reason for the test. So if it comes down to it, I could be getting the same surgery as you.

@@juskruz4449 I had the symptoms for about 5 or 6 years before I even realized there was something which could be done about it! And then I waited another 4 or 5 years because I was nervous, but now that I have had it done, I wish I had done it much sooner! I hope that you are able to find the same relief as I was!!

would like to see a video on suggestions for a work station set up to prevent CTS. That would be awesome!! I'm a journalist and use my DSLR, keyboard, cell phone, A LOT for my work. Any suggestions for a work station (keyboard, seat or standing) would be awesome!

Thanks for that I had worked out my chronic elbow wrist finger problems were cubical or ulnar issues however I am sure it's from a major whiplash event(s) bike wreck face plant with temporary loss of sight and consciousness also a broken collar bone. 5 years ago Will have to address neck lack of mobility. Very informative thanks

Wow, Thanks, did the wrist hold back and it kicked it off. Sheds some light on why the hand is always cramping up.

Thank you for the informative talk about cubital tunnel. I am scheduled for surgery in two days due to loss of feeling as well as severe muscle atrophy in my hand due to this condition. Here’s hoping for a speedy recovery. No “bones” about it!🤣

Thank you for this very educational video. It answered all of my questions that I've had for a very long time.
Will the stretching, flossing, exercising and massaging correct the issue over time or will they need to be done long term to keep the symptoms at bay?

I suffer from this in both elbows for about 3 years now. Can this come from keyboard typing and mouse clicking and typing on the phone? It worsens when I do those things. My ulnar nerve is super sensitive so I can't wear tight shirts or rest my elbows on anything. Does it take years to get the nerve to calm down? I stretch every day but as soon as I use computer/phone, my elbows ache and they/those two fingers start tingling 😩 (I have a split keyboard and an ergo setup and that does help a bit...) Thank you for this video.

I can't tell you how much this video saved me. I would wake up in the middle of the night to an intense pain/ burning on the inside of my elbow and it burning went down into my ring finger which felt numb but a painful numb if that makes sense. I almost threw up a couple times. No matter what I did it wouldn't calm. It felt like I hit my funny bone but that pain wasn't go away. I was looking for information online and narrowed it down to having a pinched nerve. Your video came up when I was about to wake my husband to take me to the ER. I tried ice which was the WRONG thing to do. I tried splinting it straight again wrong move. When I seen your video and the tests to tell where the origin was and that s slight bend and support would help. It finally calmed and hasn't flared again but my fingers ache and I have a shooting pain from up near my shoulder ask the way to my pointer finger.... I'm just a mess!!
