    What did you do to prevent disruption in the joints and the sand beneath?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  2 месяца назад

      Pavers that aren't sealed will have sand washout just from heavy rain. So with that said there's no way to prevent that 100%. It'll happen Whether it's pressure washed or soft washed. If it's soft washed with strong chemical ratios when you rinse it some will come out as well. So the Key remains on the pavers being sealed from the get go.

      22 is an oddball one lol I got a 20 and a 36. Normally they go 20 24 28 32 36 and up. I like the 20 I can move fast and it cleans well. Not saying a 24 or 28 wouldn't but that's what I have now so it's all good.
      Wheels don't matter at all unless u got something 24" and above. Then it's vital so you can move the surface cleaner better.

    When do you not use a surface cleaner on pavers?
    If sand and dirt are flowing like crazy than what?
    Will just a downstream mix with 20min dwell do the job? Or would you bump it up to 3% and let it dwell for 20 minutes and rinse?
    Would that clean the pavers effectively?
    Thanks man.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash

      I wont use the surface cleaner if its a small area that i can just turbo nozzle.

      I charge by the square footage. And if a customer asks for a paver sealing quote then the price is all inclusive. It covers labor and material. So clean sand and seal is all 1 price when I give it to them. I don't break it down in an itemized quote. Unless they want a pool cage cleaning, house wash, or roof cleaning added.

      @Jay bulks I can't advertise my business prices on RUclips. But I'd say that's a solid quote in my opinion bro. They just weren't your customer

      Thanks. Nah there's no pressure washing license. Most commercial jobs will ask you for what's called a business tax receipt (formally known in Florida as an occupational license). Long as you have that and your LLC paperwork and insurance you're good to do any commercial job.
