Oil stains are tricky. Most of the time they wont fully come out. I always tell my customers I dont guarantee 100% removal of oil stains, usually it lightens up and a shadow will remain. Best thing that works for oil is a good degreaser and hot water. If the oil stain has been there for a long time its gonna be more problematic.

Not a whole lot of secrets to oil stain removal. Fact is most wont come out completely unless its fresh oil. The longer it sits the deeper it gets into the substrate. There are a few good oil degreasers that works well like Gold Assassin, Sodium Hydroxide , F9 Double eagle, Eaco Chem Hot stain remover just to name a few.
Hey man I was wondering if you knew anybody in Jacksonville Florida that did paver ceiling like you. I have a Huge driveway Of a client of mine she lives in sawgrass . So I could clean and kill Vegetation on driveway before someone can come to help the next day. it’s a pathway a three car garage driveway and a huge front entryway that wraps around a big center tree. So today I tried using my down streamer 2.1 on the predator 4200psi 4gpm from harbor Freight and it comes with the soap injector but I didn't use it but tried the down streamer twice and didn't work I have it with arrow out to pressure hose but it wasn't pulling out the bucket so I tried my 1.5 injector and it didn't work I tried lowering the throttle , do I need to plug the soap injector? I had to use the xjet M5 for our first pool cage and deck but man xjet makes so much over spray. We came out bleached and clothing spotted just terrible but finished it..It took my son16yrs old and I 5hrs
Yes. If it has a soap injector built in you must plug the original one. Take the spring and ball out a d out a screw in it to plug it. Thats the only your aftermarket downstream injector will pull. It won't pull with both.

I give the customer one price that included cleaning, sanding and sealing. I don't give them a price for each thing, and also the price covers materials for the job like labor, sealer and gas.
What/how do you use your rust remover mix
Aliminium brightener. I use it straight but you could mix it 50/50 to see the results.
Do you have seal when you resand
I sand only when I'm sealing pavers.
Hey love your video! May I ask what you charge per square foot?
Up to $3 a sq ft in some cases
Appreciate your reply!
I thought I was crazy for being turned down on $1.25 a square foot
@@ericsaroza5439 it depends on your influence, skill, and market. Some markets the average price is $1 a sq ft.
Do you have any trade secrets for getting engine oil stains out of new pavers?
Not a whole lot of secrets to oil stain removal. Fact is most wont come out completely unless its fresh oil. The longer it sits the deeper it gets into the substrate. There are a few good oil degreasers that works well like Gold Assassin, Sodium Hydroxide , F9 Double eagle, Eaco Chem Hot stain remover just to name a few.
What kind of pump up sprayer is that?
It's the round up 2 gallon pump up sprayer from Lowe's.
Hey man I was wondering if you knew anybody in Jacksonville Florida that did paver ceiling like you. I have a Huge driveway Of a client of mine she lives in sawgrass . Or if your interested it’s going to be a big ticket. I do not have a spray cart and have zero experience sealing pavers. Also I do have a 8 gallon and soft wash. So I could clean and kill Vegetation on driveway before someone can come to help the next day. it’s a pathway a three car garage driveway and a huge front entryway that wraps around a big center tree. K&M Pressure Works LLC This is a big client of mine I service every five weeks her average ticket is $1000-$1500 she will have no problem paying price to seal pavers I’m just not sure how much to charge. Would definitely make it worth somebody’s time. Ps Have a video of driveway if needed
I dont know anyone up that way that does paver sealing and Im way too far to that side of the state. Jacksonville is about 3hrs away from me, wish i was closer my brother.
What rust remover did you use
On that job, Aluminum brightener
What volt pump you have?
For the sealer? That was a 2gpm pump but a 1gpm is more ideal
Cliff hope your doing well my brother, I have a problem and you came to mind.
Brother and that's why we only come to you.. Thanks and much blessings..Goodnight
How much would it be to clean, sand and seal a driveway that size. I'm learning... 😂
Prices varies around the country. So my prices work for my area it's not a countrywide price
Does anyone ever give you a hard time about the runoff going into the MS4?
Not a single soul! I get this question a lot and truthfully if you search on RUclips it will be hard to find people using a reclaim for basic residential work.
Am I tripping or towards the end of your vid when you were showing the sidewalk where y’all did rust remover, did the grass die along the very edge of the side walk for the chem? Or it was like that previously
No I didn't die. There's a shot showing it before we started. You got some great eyes to pick up on that out of the whole job I must say. The grass was edged along the sidewalks so that part always looks like that.
Hey Cliff how much do you charge per Square foot for paver sealing?? I want to add that to my services as well. I’m here in New Jersey.. Thanks again for your great videos taught me a lot
Depending in the size. But between $1-2 a square ft is my range.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash wow!! That’s a nice ticket brother. Yeah I need to start this service
@@comicrealm8 yes indeed that was an 1800 ticket. Took us about 5hrs
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash NICE!!!
Do you travel to orlando? I need my pavers done asap!!
I haven't gone out there except for commercial jobs. So I only go for big jobs. I'd love to give you a quote for sealing. Send me a text 813-458-0864
whats the cost for a job like that
$1.50 a square ft. Clean sand and sealing 2 coats
Ahhhhh so with the sealer after you sand, you dont need to wet the poly sand to harden it? the sealer will act as the hardener?
I don't use poly sand. But yes you would wet it If you were using poly sand. Poly sand is a beast to work with cause of how ir hardens so fast. I stay away from it lol
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash ohhh so your just using regular sand? And then the sealer locks that sand in? Any recommendations on what kind of specific sand to use ? I appreciate the quick reply. I bought this new house 2 yrs ago and the back patio is 2500 sq ft of pavers, I just finished power washing them and didn't know which route I should take with sanding and sealing.
@are_eye_see I gave the sand type in the intro of the video. If you're up north where there is lots of snow then polymeric would be best. But yes any sand will work its all in your preference
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash I am up North, Im in New York. but this would be my first time attempting this, so I think im going to go with regular sand so I dont F%$K it up lol. appreciate that man.
@are_eye_see bahahahhaah good idea. Cause once that poly sand hardens it's a wrap hahahah good luck brother
This is a good I told you so. 5k my dude
We did it.
