I don't understand why 1,000 people can like your videos. Then one person or a few people dislike something. The person will change their will to meet the negative people. I’m currently doing neighborhood pressure washing with my beat up Honda 3.6 GPL and a small surface cleaner, but looking to get a modest setup (less than what you have), but that will allow me to more effectively clean concrete. How do you keep chemicals that run down the driveway from going into the street, hence possibly going down the drain down the street? Also what's a good way to find the low spots on a surface that looks flat? And lastly, can you just wet the grass outside of a sidewalk or driveway prior to using the pre-treatment and it'd be covered in the aspect of being safe if a little overspray got onto the grass? Great video! I'm starting out and am watching as many videos as I can and yours is pretty thorough. I only have a 3.5 gallon 3,800 psi machine to start with, knowing I will need something better later down the road but that's what I have. Thanks
Appreciate the knowledge brother! Bout to order a BE 20inch and was a little nervous about running one with at 4gpm.. this sealed the deal! and I know what to expect and what tips to use! Thanks again! Hopefully I can catch one of your training's one day, and get me a badass skid!

I just started my own pressure cleaning Business in Australia, love your set up im running a small trailer atm but Im aiming for your type of set up..Nice ;)
You should do a how to take a before and after picture video. It would be useful for a couple reasons, you could throw a jab in there. I swear it is the hardest part of the job for me, my pics are bad.
I just figured out something. I can put a rubber shield on the back of the surface washer to keep the water from splattering back on my feet and I can wear my tennis shoes.... you mentioned washing it two times, I wash it long ways with the driveway. My last pass goes like with the house or road. It helps hide any lines. I do appreciate the fact that you lay a last chemical spray on the driveway to kill any remaining mold.
According to Doc no need to pretreat or use any chemicals. He is the self proclaimed expert in every thing. He even tells you which pressure washer you need. I use 2000 psi at 6 gpm and get great results.
AWESOME video. Thanks to you, I just ordered a ball valve connector for my hose. Cleaning my driveway and other things has went from easy to easier..... Thanks my friend.
This is the best and most through video on driveways. I'm just starting and until I get better equipment, sticking with flat surfaces for the time being
Here I am watching these and still getting ideas! Turing the ball valve down while surface cleaning! Never thought of that! Anyone who wants to better their company never gets complacent with thinking they know it all! Thanks for the detailed video!!
This is a great video. This video is a teaching video. I found this video very helpful and in depth look on how to do this job. A lot of people don't give this much info so you then have to look for more video on this subject. You pack it all in one video. Great job!
Cody, just wanted to say thank you for helping me better understand this business I’m from Chattanooga Tennessee and I’m about to start my own power washing business. Thanks bud
Superb video, am just adding pressure washing as a service within my cleaning business in the Uk and can honestly say I learn’t more in that 20 mins of watching the vid than in the last six months
My dad and my self are in the process of starting our own pressure washing business and while he knows some things I don't know almost any of it. This is the second video of yours I've watched and have heard and seen things I would have never thought about. You just earned another subscriber.
I want to first thank you for being thorough; apparently, internet culture has lost the concept of value from people like yourself that are long-winded.. I am not. I really appreciate the finer details of a craft. I learned a lot.. I learned what to expect if I go at this from a DIY'r renting equipment from my local rental store.. or if I need to hire someone. Thank you for your time, knowledge, and pure passion of doing what you do. If I ever get into this professionally..or know someone who does.. you will be my source to come to or send to. Thank you again.
Great Job on the How To. I appreciate the detail as well. Lots of Videos I have found leave steps out due to them knowing the whole task and forgetting to teach the whole task, which was the point of the video.
Just bought a Simpson 4000psi 4gpm pressure washer yesterday off market place cheap. Ordering a 4000psi 4gpm hotsy belt drive tomorrow. Just bought that same surface cleaner. Loved watching your video. 💪
Pensacola, Florida here. I pressure wash my patios, porches and driveways about once a year. Sometimes with pre-treat and sometimes not. Still learned a lot watching the video as to why my rig acts the way it does. Time to get a new spray rig due to probably worn out tips!
Great video! I appreciate the knowledge I don't care if you talk for a long time that's great people are here to learn I'd rather you go over everything than cover nothing your content is solid.
Big fella! Thanks a whole Lotta bunch. This video is great for any level. Novice or experience. I learned so so much. You didn't any secrets. How do I know. You went in detail. Details are needed and necessary to help the guide the new and reiterate to the old. Thanks
My favorite take always from the video: why post treat, clean water act is Federal, look out for damaged nozzles and keep them even, look out for damaged concrete and don’t let the customers undervalue your work. I will consider wearing a respirator by the way. Thank you for not skipping property protection. New subscriber here!
Thank you so much for this vid. I never knew you could have a shut off lever (ball valve as you call it) to make going from a Surface cleaner to a high pressure hose easy. You have made my day and I so thank you so much. Please keep making more vids :)
Thanks... i appreciate the detail... too often people skip over key details or assume you know. Most youtube videos set people up for failure thinking they have it covered.
Great video and I'm amazed how fast you work. Also, the rural, southern scenery is a spitting image of the scenery in southern Indiana where I grew up.

You should do a how to take a before and after picture video. It would be useful for a couple reasons, you could throw a jab in there. I swear it is the hardest part of the job for me, my pics are bad.
ant banks lol. I really should
Going to add driveway and sidewalk cleaning to my services in 2022. Currently a carpet and floor cleaner. Great value in this video!
Question. The post treatment? Can u explain what u put down and how u would explain to the home order. Thanks southern dawg for your time
He said what it was. Give them a honest and professional answer
Post treatment "SH" BLEACH!
I need to listen better I take it. I did listen at the end again n by gally there it was. Thanks for all the advise. Sort and sweet I like ya
I'm just starting and until I get better equipment, sticking with flat surfaces for the time being
Thanks for all insights. You offered us all your hard lesson for free. Wish you to have more leads...!!!
Cheers...🎉
I like how you added “if you’re a troll” lol. Cant post anything without those. Very informative.
You are so welcome!
Straight forward individual that set the right expectations up front and covers everything the process entails. Thanks for sharing your expertise
Great Job on the How To. I appreciate the detail as well. Lots of Videos I have found leave steps out due to them knowing the whole task and forgetting to teach the whole task, which was the point of the video.
Excellent presentation. Very informative. Great camera work too. So many youtube videos have horrible cam work or bad audio. Yours is one of the best.
Thanks for the video, I enjoyed the fact that you showed the surface cleaner in action.
Cody I really appreciate the knowledge and skill that you share with us. Thank you sever much.
Thanks man took your knowledge and advice bought a surface cleaner for my 4200 psi power washer and my sidewalks turned out awesome thanks again
thx for taking this time and being clear and thorough, another "like" for your video...you scratch my back, i scratch yours.
Great video!
I appreciate the knowledge I don't care if you talk for a long time that's great people are here to learn I'd rather you go over everything than cover nothing your content is solid.
Rising important, don’t use chemicals on concrete
Looking forward to getting our new skid. Thanks for the help and instruction. I learn something new every day!
Thank you so much for this vid. I never knew you could have a shut off lever (ball valve as you call it) to make going from a Surface cleaner to a high pressure hose easy. You have made my day and I so thank you so much. Please keep making more vids :)
Im not looking to start a pressure wash business but you give alot of great information and tips for the diy. Thank you.
What a great video! Exactly what I needed with the kind of insights and lessons learned only a seasoned practitioner could offer.
Cheers for the share mate. Got a pressure washing business in Sydney, Australia and your method is spot on.
Thank u for the information my dad just started a softwashing and window cleaning @Legacy Window Cleaning so I'm learning a lot from u.
Excellent, Comprehensive, and Informative.
I am very impressed with the presentation, I learn a lot from the tips. It is clear and concise. It is time well spent. Thank you.
Awesome!
Glad to help
Thanks... i appreciate the detail... too often people skip over key details or assume you know. Most youtube videos set people up for failure thinking they have it covered.
Excellent job! The best video I’ve seen on this subject. I learned so much. Thank you
Great vid, mate. I’m an Aussie and I appreciate your work and your information! Thanks.
Great video and I'm amazed how fast you work. Also, the rural, southern scenery is a spitting image of the scenery in southern Indiana where I grew up.
Very informative. I learn every time I watch one of your videos. Thanks for sharing. You should do a business kit that you could sell for those not able to get to you. I would buy it.
Thanks for the good video instruction and tips given - very clearly explained and shown, well done. Much appreciated.
Very informative - you covered a lot that other pressure wash sites don't. Thanks
I love how detailed you were al in one video! Def helpful for someone like me just trying ti get started!
Thanks for the video my friend, im saving to invest in my own pressure washing business and this was very informational. I loved how you touched on the does and don'ts, you really have no idea how greatful i am, this really just gave me that much more motivation. Keep up the great work and keep making that money. Hopefully in the near future i can share my very own videos.
I never even thought of runoff. I hardly hear anyone talking about that or having a machine to take up water that’s flowing off the driveway. Good tip
Thanks for the video, lots of great points. I'm a lawn service provider in Florida looking/learning to provide pressure washing on our slow season, thanks
This was a helpful video. I appreciate the advice about keeping your tips clean and new. Thats something I hadnt considered
I really appreciate this video. Answered a lot of the procedural questions I had and gave me a little bit of an expectation for what I should see as I'm doing this properly and I know you work with a good crew and you have products to sell but I believe in RUclips university and sharing your craft going to open forum. You're wealth of information and I thank you for sharing that for free just the basics is what I want to know so that I can build up earn enough value that I could invest in focusing on how I can structure my business and add potential employees once I start making my own income, I'm sure you're input alone. Makes the how to wash class worth it
Man this is the Vid the got me hooke almost 3 years ago I saw this and it helped alot on getting concrete cleaned that jumpstarted my buisness
