I drove in it... and it's special in every way.... in it exterior form, character, comfort, practicality, pleasant habitability of its interior as well as how it drives.... but the one I was in was 225 hp hybrid, with active suspension... anyway.... compared to it, all other similarly sized D segment wagons (cause this is what it really is) are dull and stiffly sprung boxes....
btw...its infotainment system's screen, as well as its instrument cluster screen and head up display are configurable in what they display, so each owner can configure them to its preferences... and the use is similarly simple as the use of the smartphone or widgets on a tablet.

What are you on abou? It's the coolest Citroen for many years. It's not yet another pointlessly tall crossover, it is unquestionably comfortable and surprisingly quick and efficient too. I reviewed it on my channel and I had plenty of good things to say about it.

I can’t agree more with you … Correct 100% This Citroën C5X is an absolute joy to drive and it is rather sad to see that these Australian reviewers for some reason seem to rubbish such a beautiful product.

    Hyundai Tucson N Line : 75.3kW/t
    Kia Sportage GT Line: 80.3kW/t
    Skoda Superb Style: 96.4kW/
    Citroen C5x : 92.4kW/t
For those who think it’s a small engine - seems like the power to weight ratio is fine 😂

You don’t need to pay $60K in Australia, really good deals to be had from dealers in low 50k or $45k less for low km demos

I disagree. Remarkable is the perfect word to describe this car. Rides like a Mercedes S class. Handles well for its dimensions, looks fantastic, and as for deep and dark inside, I really don’t understand where you get that idea. It has a lovely, luxurious feel to the interior and all the tech that you can shake a stick at. I have the shine plus and it’s a superb car.

What is the cost benefit to customers like me in terms of dollars for buying this car being manufactured in China only? I have heared from sales people, saying that "In order to keep the cost down ..., the vehicle, tyres, machinery, item of any category" this is made in South east asia or China. In this particular example, the C5X cost in Australia is similar to a vehicle that is made in France. Can't see a cost benefit transferred to customers.

Volvo and many other cars including Jaguar are make is China too so say it for what it is … If it’s made in France, it will be around $80,000 plus

@@kylegriffiths5990 They actually did have an AWD Citroën before, the C4 Aircross, but that was just based on the previous generation Mitsubishi ASX.
However, it is important to note that Citroën is part of Stellantis, and there are AWD versions from other Stellantis brands.

Back in uk if you can put your chin on the roof its purely an estate car with a sloping back. Does look a good effort design wise BUT WASTES ITS TIME DOING A entry price STRAIGHT PETROL 1.2 WITH A underwhelming 0-60 and be lucky to get 35 mpg overall .

The biggest problem with this car and its cousin Peugeot 408 is the lack of a powerful engine. It's just very snobbish of them to assume everyone will have capability to charge the car at home, because which the max power is only on a PHEV. Just add a reliable V6 and let us be happy.

That engine is way too small. It won't hold up over time. And $60k is way too much for that engine. Plenty of better cars in that price range.

"That engine is way too small"
Too small for what? Crawling along at 110kmh? Or do you live in Germany?
"It won't hold up over time"
      And your evidence is where?
