I was lucky enough to be at the Pittsburgh concert in 2005 to witness Wild Horses . It still is my favorite Eddie moment . I just loved this video !

Very interesting. Better Man was fully written and everything in 89... wasn’t showed until 1994 on Vitology.
The band found the song and wanted to rerelease it with pearl jam but Eddie knew it was a good song that would be popular but he didn't want the popularity at that time. Originally was with bad radio who have some great songs :)

he wrote it when he was in highschool, played it with bad radio, then taught it to PJ for vs. their producer heard them rehearsing it and told them it would be a huge hit, which made Ed immediately scrap it for that record. he almost gave it away to some other band for a benefit compilation but they eventually convinced him to keep it and release it on vitalogy.

Hey, I almost ended up with a 7 time convicted felon who lies, cheats, and steals from everyone around him after spending 10yrs in prison for putting a shotgun in his wife's mouth and pulling the trigger after finding her cheating, for the gun to be broken otherwise he'd have spent life in incarceration, because I just didn't think I could find a better Man, but I chose to end that suicidal life and just be single, love myself, and enjoy the nature regardless if anyone is with me. So thanks pearl jam, I will find a better man eventually.

could be authentically his clothes, he's always been a scruffy dresser when not on the red carpet and i've seen a pic of him from 1988 with a flannel tied around his waist, ripped levi's, and band tshirt with the sleeves ripped off. he's the right age to have lived through the grunge style.
