I totally recommend purchasing a smaller blender cup for your nutribullet to blend up smaller batches of sauces/liquids, it’s much more convenient. I got one from the official nutribullet store on Amazon for around 10 dollars!
Thank you so much. I bought a Nutribullet
This is awesome!! In a small enough portion too! I like that. Less waste. Being the only plant based individual in my family, finding condiment recipes that won't spoil in a few days, is paramount.
For those of you who do not use any derivative of sugar cane or sugar beets, you can get molasses made from dates or pomegranates, etc.
Black strap molasses is full of minerals & iron ..
Your honey mustard is my weekly go to! 👏👏👏
Your channel is awesome. You deserve way more subscribers!
Nice! Gotta try this one! I find that any recipe that uses cashews and water (which are pretty much used together all the time) works best when the cashews and water go in first at the same time. Then allow the cashews to sit in the water for 15 minutes or so, add the rest of the ingredients, then blend.
Oh thank you thank you Jill I have been waiting for something vegan on Caesar salad!
Omg I found your channel just this week while looking for some healthy salad dressing recipes, I always felt like a bad vegan lol because I didn’t really like salads. But omg I made the “crack dressing “ and I’ve had 2 salads a day for the past week. I mediately went on Amazon and bought your cook book. Thank you so much for providing these amazing recipes, you got me really excited about healthy food again❤️ oh and your “frosty”recipe has been my nightly treat. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Much love from Seattle ❤️
Thank you for your kind words Jayme we are so happy to hear you are enjoying the recipes and salads! 😀
Discovered your videos today😍. Already have an Amazon/Whole Foods order ready to go
This is right on time Jill. We love grilling and using ceaser dressing. I love your flavor combinations. I might try replacing the cashews with white beans, I hope the taste of the beans does not take over. As always, awesome recipe, thanks so much Jill! ❤
I was thinking of cutting the cashews in half, other half white beans. I have noticed when I used white beans in the past, navy beans are more natural than white cannelli beans.
Would love to hear how yours turns out. :)
@@jenniferturner7293 What a great tip, thank you so much! I never thought of navy beans, I am going to try it. Thanks again!
@@plantbasedlove8920 How did it turn out with navy beans? I was thinking of trying the Mori silken organic tofu
This looks delicious and easy! I love it 🤗 I’ve been trying to make things more home made and this is perfect!!
Follow your heart is the only good vegan Caesar dressing I know of! But home made us probably so much better!
Can't wait to make this!! Thank you!
There is a vegan Caesar dressing that I've had at a restaurant and I have searched the internet for the past month trying to find something similar what made it stand out from other Caesars we thought it was a little bit sweet and I think this might be the trick also once you start making homemade dressings there's no going back all the other ones taste terrible thank you
I agree with you, I don't use store bought dressings. This one looks delicious and so easy to make. I'll check your dressing play list as well. Thanks for sharing the recipes, Jill! Have a great weekend to all!
Oh darn!! Wish I had molasses to make this now! Looks delicious
You don’t need it at all
Absolutely Amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍👍👍
I've been waiting for you to give us a recipe for caesar dressing. So excited to try it!
🤩 I will try it on asparagus tonight ! Thank you!
Hello there, how are you doing today?
This looks amazing! I would never have thought about making salad dressing - i cant wait to try this and your others!
mmmmmm..great recipe
Yaay :) New video.
I wish I could give you more thumbs up! I’ve been waiting for this one. I’ll try it today. Thanks Jill!!
There are many delicious vegan salad dressings at the grocery store, unfortunately I haven’t found an “oil free”dressing that I scan simply grab & toss on my salad in order to save time. Thanks for the video. Looks tasty! 🥗 😋
I'm in Australia & Ive found a couple of store bought dressings that taste reasonably good but slightly fake if that makes sense & they have added preservatives which I try to avoid.i imagine this dressing will taste delicious going by the wonderful simple ingredients .
@@crankiemanx8423 : If you know of any “store-bought-brands” that are VEGAN, & “OIL FREE”, please share. Thanks. (I’m well-aware that there’s a possibility that Australian brands may not be sold in Canadian grocery stores).Thanks.
Surprisingly no garlic?
This was my first thought. Weird.
I will try everything else but no nutritional yeast. I have a problem with yeast. Is most of your eating raw? Your videos and recipes are very encouraging.
Love your recepi but we are allergic to nuts . What can I substitute cashews with?
For the dressings you can use sunflower seeds and if you have them, and hemp hearts
How do you decide when to soak the cashews (& when not-to)? Thanks. 🙏🙂
Hello Elaina, how are you doing?
I soak when making sauces less blending time
I'm back. I fell off plant based during covid for 2 years so I gained all my weight back unfortunately.
suggestions for a nut free sub for the cashews? Thanks!
Sunflower seeds or silky tofu
What is black strap molasses , please can you show the bottle?
www.vitacost.com/plantation-blackstrap-molasses-unsulphured-31-fl-oz
Can we replace the cashews with oats and hemp hearts?
Absolutely 👍
How can cashews be substituted? I'm allergic.
Almonds
Just by the ingredients I know this is going to taste amazing.. but I was wondering if there is anything else I could use in place of the nutritional yeast,as it doesn't agree with me.?
Maybe a couple tsp of white miso
i add boiled sweet potato and a regular potato.
Where is the play list for the other dressings? I couldn’t find it in the description box
ruclips.net/p/PL5RgLqOONVSuvwBzu15P6O0Mo_zVDhL93
Sorry forgot to add it this morning. Is there now.
@@wholefoodplantbasedcookingshow - thank you for the link and prompt reply
How long will this or your other dressings keep in the fridge? It doesn't look like it made as much as shown in thumbnail...
It will keep for about 5 days
Can you sub cashew butter instead of raw nuts to grind?
Absolutely
I’m allergic to cashews. What other nut can I use?
Almonds
I don’t use nutritional yeast as it’s mostly MSG. Is there an alternative for that?
Maybe just a little white miso
Where’s the garlic? Caesar dressing has tons of garlic.
True but maybe this combo of ingredients doesn't call for it. However, what I'm going to do is I'll make it without garlic and give it a taste. Then, reserve half and blend the other half with a clove of garlic. I wonder which one is the winner... hmmmm. I'm a garlic lover but still want to try both ways.
@@Butterflyneverlands - good idea
Yes, I add garlic, capers, worchestershire and black pepper. Haven't tried the molasses but will give it a try.
Dison have oil
💕💕🤙🏼🤙🏼💕💕
As good as this seems dr said NO oil, that includes nuts/seeds and their sauces/dressings. Hopefully I'll be better enough some day to use
Ummm no garlic? 🤦♂️
Aren't peanuts loaded with oil?
Peanuts are a whole food fat. If you were only eating the oil that was extracted from the peanut then it would be an issue.
@@wholefoodplantbasedcookingshow thanks for the video, to be clear you use cashews not peanuts here?
@@damienwilliams8171 cashews has 47% oil ... I thought nuts have some type of oil. Is it because it's natural it's okay
@@damienwilliams8171 Yes, she uses cashews. You could also use half cashews and half white beans to cut down on the fat but keep the creaminess.
Take a shot every time she says creamy
Kick it up a notch, use a healthy nut fat macadamia nuts instead of cashews which are a seed not a nut...
