I love this creamy Italian dressing. It was so easy to make and stored it in a washed salad bottle. My grandkids love it. I used on my salad and they just had to try. Now that is all they want on their salads! I love the sweet/savory flavor that compliment your tossed greens with additional veggies or fruits. Thank you so very much. Loving your program.

Just made the pasta salad and your recipe here for Italian dressing -yum! I use to veer to macaroni salad at picnic gatherings and even tried to recreate American standard version and failed. I was beyond surprised to taste this delicious dressing combined with brown rice noodles and veggies and AMEN- no more shutting the light of God out with processed version. What a gift to eat the foods I like that are healthy -thanks always for the service you provide ❤🙏🏻

I just made this dressing, it is delicious! I had everything but the white wine vinegar -so I substituted with rice wine vinegar. It is so good, just the right amount of tanginess and the herbs and spices are just right. Thank you again, Jill!

Hi, I have been eating like this for over 40 years not purely but surely with salad dressings and mostly vegan foods. I have a jar of oats in my freezer that I have hesitated to throw away but no use for since Joel Wallach health expert says that oats have their own kind of glutinous issues, but in small quantities like this I would no be concerned. Will try this, you are wonderful in your presentation and demeanor. For your wonderful lentil flatbread recipe, I also love to make crepes out of 2 ingredients, garbanzo flour or garbanzo/fava organic of course but I do like to add herbs and they do well as a large crepe in the oven in cast iron pan brushed with oil. Can't wait to try this.

I'm not vegan but I prefer making my food as natural as possible. I've been looking for oil free dressings for about a year. I do a lot of lime cilantro, avocado based and tahini but I needed new options. Your recipe is AMAZING. This is gonna be great on our autumn salad this week and I will certainly be making it again! Thank you.

I am looking forward to making this, the only thing that I would change is that I would consider blanching the broccoli, some chopped up Italian (flat leaf) parsley would be delicious in this too. Here in Australia you can buy pasta made from legumes, it has a much higher protein content and less carbohydrate than the usual pasta. This is a great recipe - thank you

I made this! Well, a few substitutions. For example, I do not have hemp hearts so the fat replacement was pepitos (Raw pumpkin seeds) and I used the soy sauce instead of aminos. I also used apple cider vinegar and rice vinegar instead of the two you have in the recipe. The result is very tasty! Delicious even! Thank you for this recipe. I just found your channel today and I am already subscribed just because of this recipe. I am about a month into an oil-free, sugar-free low-salt thing and I am about to go look into your archives to see if you have other delicious things like this dressing. Im truly optimistic. :) I have already lost about 20 pounds since I started and I am so "hungry" to learn more and cook more of these delicious things I have been missing out on for so long. THANKS! :)

Both myself and hubby are in our 70's, and trying going plant based. Eating our salads so we wanted salad dressing. Saw your show and went shopping for Italian and ranch dressing. When they rang up the total I was shame to say I couldn't afford the items ($73.00). Got home and cried as I new it would hurt us the rest of the week. Seeing your other shows and seeing just $ signs. I guess this is healthy but to expense for us.
