Beautiful. I bet talking to the residents was a good experience and just showing people that they care. It is very encouraging to see this. I hope more people will volunteer and donate supplies next month. It looks like people do a great job when they have the drive to do help clean up a city if they want to. We don't have to depend on the government, just go help.
Get a few chain gangs from local prisons...with military guards to help. It will do the city good and the prisoners. HAVE THESE CITIES...GET FREE LANDFILLS. PEOPLE WILL STOP DUMPING AND THAT IN ITSELF IS A GOD SEND. THE CITIES GET NO TAX MONEY FROM THESE VACANT PROPERTIES....GIVE THE PROPERTY AWAY.....WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY 20,000 IN BACK TAXES. BUT THEY MUST MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY and pay taxes starting from the day it was given to them.
