This week on the Elliott Hulse Podcast, David Hammond discussed his journey of self-development over the past five years and the role RUclips played in inspiring him to pursue his dreams. He is a self-development coach who specializes in intersexual dynamics, helping young men with their struggles, sharing his own experience with no fap for three years before he found success with it at 21.

I have to agree. My wife passed away and I've gone monk mode for a year (celibate). Your body re-regulates and boners are irregular and we can easily carry on without needing to blow any load. You just need to be strong. All that blue balls and cancer stuff is nonsense.

Great interview as always, I am from the Islamic faith and i am fully supportive To any person who is seeking and learning faith especially the Abrahamic Religions.
We all need each other,wether you are Christian,Jew or Islamic,we need to Unite to overcome and destroy our enemy, the enemy of all religions who is SATAN.
I must add and say that there must be some sort of clean up of the misconceptions in our religions both Islam and Christianity, and I can see that clean up already started through podcasts like yours Mr Yo Elliott and David is also doing great job there.

Monk mode is a blessing when done right. Take your time, get your body, mind and money right. Focus on what matters, don't even look at women, don't "cope" with fluids and so forth. Stay strong, walk the line and stay on target.

I'll be 42 in October, and I definitely must say that even though I am married and have been married for almost 13 years, I still find great value in this. I definitely believe that no fap even for married men, can be very beneficial for the husband and wife.

I really love to hear other people's perspectives and views about life and its principles. We might not agree with everything that other people believe or not view their opinions as true and that's ok, everyone view and believe things based on their own unique perception and their ability of how deeply they can understand and comprehend. Not everyone might agree with you because everyone perceive things differently, but that doesn't mean that you are wrong
This was the best podcast I've listened to a many years. David Hammond is on fire. And I strongly agree with everything he says especially on the topic of approaching women. I've grown so repulsed by all these channels created by men and women on how to get better with women. That is already ingrained in a man and he doesn't need to learn these things into any man who watches those videos I wouldn't even labeled as a man although he may be enough male body. The very last thing a man should be doing is wasting his time learning about women. All his time should be focused on bettering himself and will he will never have an issue with women wanting him. They will want you everywhere you go. It is my experience to and the less I want and I'm focused on women the more they want and are focused on me. And it all back slides what I revert to my old nature and focus on them which I no longer do. If you're reading this Elliott thank you for having him on. I respect you a lot too and you have also played a role and helping me to level up as a man myself and I am actually a few years older than you. I had a late start on my journey as my real father abandoned me and I went on to be abused by four different stepfathers so I had a lot to heal from over the course of the last few decades
Have you made it to the point where you improved yourself that much and women are all over you? What did you actually do for that?
@@Virsidus there's no short way to answer you. I'm 49 years old and have a lot of life experience. I've overcome more than anyone I've ever met. I love Elliott Hulse but he has had a very easy life was raised by a great parents and has had a great woman since his teens. Those two things in life really set the path for a man's life. My real father abandoned me and I had for stepfathers that abused me in every way. I endured more trauma in the first six years of my life then most people do in their entire lives. And I've been cheated on had my heart ripped out by for woman that I gave my all to. So I have amazing in there and outer strength that far surpasses most men on this planet. And it is the energy of the strength that exudes from me that attracts so many women to me. I am also not a needy man in any way and I am a self-fulfilled lonewolf which is a highly attractive trait to most women because they cannot stand needy men. That's why most women are attracted to men that don't care about them because they find a man so very weak that can be easy seduced by their physical Beauty. Physical Beauty means nothing in the grand scheme of life. And women who find their value in that no matter how physically attractive they are it ruins it for me because it is such a shallow thing to base your value on. If you deeply look at most women they have nothing to offer outside of sex and most of these women don't want to have sex with because there are is polluted by having sex with so many men who operate at a low vibration just like they do. Naturally the more you focus on becoming your best version the more you will become attractive

Longest I’ve been able to go on NoFap is 2 months, and that was about a year ago. Been experimenting as well, I know I will find out what works and ill soon be on a better path. Not only doing this for me, but for my family and those closest to me. Hope y’all are able to find what works for you, and if you already have, keep going. Don’t fall back into your old self, it’s just a trap back into your comfort zone. We must persevere to greatness my brothers! We got this!
I did No fap for 2 years. Shit takes discipline, and prayer. But after the storm you live a different life.
In 2015 before the righteous hype I promised GOD I would go a year no fap/pmo. I was on a mission that year to make the most money to finally buy a car so just try n put all ur sexual energy for other areas of ur life u need success in bro. I was in full BEAST mode at the gyms too like 6 to 7 days a week n turned into a natty bodybuilder.

I've been away from your channel for a while, but excited to hear you're doing a series on the Catechism. Am currently listening to Fr. Mike Schmitz reading (and discussing) "Catechism in a Year", and doing my second (or is it third?) round of him reading the Bible in a year. Great stuff in the morning, one for walking to work and another for walking home.
I also want to than you for your advocacy and inspiration for fasting - it sure makes Lent a little easier (although I guess making it "easy" sort of defeats the purpose?) being already used to fasts...

I've had all these things hit me since 2020. Every thing turned on me. Friends, Co workers, Lost thousands in savings, lost car, lost wife of 5 years. I'm built for this shit. 😈🤠 I love it. I love Jehova God. All praise.
God has repaid in full so you all know. About 4 or 5 years later I have an easier life with an easier job making much more money with my health, actually healthier. And many of those people in my life are going through their own problems and don't have God in their life to have their back.
I miss memories of experiences with my past friends. But that was the past life.

Wow, I used to watch Elliott Hulse when he first started for fitness videos, then he started doing all of this ‘weird’ masculine stuff and I thought it was all Mumbo jumbo because of the Society I was raised in and I stopped watching him. Here I am what 11 years later and this is exactly what I needed..
Not only a better communicator on SR but I have experienced amazing attraction from a girl I had known and dated for a long time. Usually that fire fades but when I went in SR she got super attracted again for awhile.
