AH was given all the 7 million dollars 13 months before JD sued her. If she intended to pay the donations to the charities then she had 13 months to fulfill it. So using that JD sued her and she needed the money for legal fees does not hold water. The lies are showing

Not necessarily. She did say she wanted to give the money in increments for the purpose of tax savings - which, all things considered, is legitimate as far as I'm concerned.
So she needed to spread it over several tax years. Think!!!!

She got upset when Johnny sent money from the settlement on her behalf, and she allowed musk to donate under her name as well all proves her intentions were not true. If she meant what she said, she would have at least set up a pay structure, and the actual best way to do it would be to get the money in payments directly from Johnny sent to the charities.

As an RN myself we always get patient's medical history and social history. I'm am beyond angry that AH is calling her nurse a liar. That was the stupidest thing she could have said about an RN. She is despicable!

If you can video record great. And anything you can remember. Build up the evidence precisely then get a good lawyer and go for it. It is worth it. I was in a similar position to Depp, with a woman as volatile as Amber. And my life is 10000000 times better.

You're supposed to address the jury directly, it's rude not too. That's who you're talking too, that's who you are convincing. I'm sure her lawyers directed her to do so.

Johnny is a true romantic. The whole testimony of Johnny not showing his eyes was poetic justice and brilliant. Camille nailed this. It was nothing short of art. Kudos to Johnny. He really loved her but she never really loved him back in the same way or in the way he thought he deserved.

She had all the punishment ready, believing she had trapped him in for life. As we see though Jonny did not care and risked it all. He is fighting tooth and nail to get it all back. Same thing Jodi Arias did. The defendant’s whole case depends solely on the juror’s decisions. So amber’s lawyers advise her to constantly engage with the juror through eye contact and her exaggerated facial expressions.

Camille was great. With a mountain of evidence like that, its not easy. She did a good job of grilling AH. However she could have driven points home better by signposting for the jury. it was a good technical play but for a jury that has been thru 17 days X 8 hours per day, signposting would have really be dynamite. Great job anyhow to Camille it must have been real stressful the way the narc tried to twist around her words.

@@violagentsch Exactly! I hardly ever have to clip my Pit Bull's nails because of how much she walks/runs outside on all different surfaces. The proper amount of walking helps to keep them at a naturally short length because they're constantly being filed down while walking and running on different scratchy surfaces like asphalt, sand, rocks, and concrete. Dogs with nails that long aren't ever taken outside to run, play, and walk every day....they spend all their time indoors, which is so sad to me.

Agree. Attorneys like Camille Vasquez hang out, professionally, with some interesting characters. What a career choice. I prefer the low key style of the defendant's highly esteemed attorney- calm and consistent throughout.

It's crazy to me that she thinks making direct eye contact with the jury is good for her. It's very off putting to me, it's like instead of just speaking the honest truth and answering the questions to who is asking them of her, she is putting on a show for her audience (the Jury.)
Maybe this is because I am autistic and eye contact (especially with strangers and in tense situations,) is extremely uncomfortable to me, but it's unsettling and odd. I've watched quite a few cases and I don't remember having ever seen behavior like this before from anyone on the stand except her. It just screams manipulation tactic to me.

Johnny's lawyer is giving a Crash course on how to deal with Manipulators/Narcissists. Notice Amber trying to use emotions to strengthen her argument (classic Narcissistic behavior). Lawyer just steamrolls over her as if saying, That's not the point, And proceeds to invalidate her line using an insinuating question/statement (So the Jury can witness firsthand her lies/manipulation). Brilliant!
Man, this case got me extra invested, I am so like Depp, an addictive personality, honest and loved by most and I had a ex just like Amber, she was so abusive, humiliating and a pathological liar, she would even keep lying even if everything was so obvious, in her mind that was the truth and she kept sticking with it, it was the most toxic time of my life, thank God i'm past that and I wish Johnny all the patience and luck with this

I’m not sure there’s going to be a winner out of this one. I know defamation is hard to prove. At least JD is getting his story out there. I paid no attention to this until a couple weeks ago. I know someone with the same disorders and lived in the same house with it for ten years. Although not violent, the constant arguments and lying is more than anyone can take. The constant merry-go-round of drama is off the charts. According to a therapist, the constant turmoil they create releases the turmoil inside of them. There’s no fixing this disorder. She’s never going to change. All you can do is keep your distance and learn how to neutralize them. I know from experience.

If I had believed her up until this point, the part of her denying the medical information would make me change my mind. I have done lots of therapy, no shame in that, and you always..no matter if social worker, psychologist, NP or Psychiatrist you ALWAYS do a initial assessment. Of course one likely doesn't remember everything they shared, especially if they have seen more than one professional, but the fact is those notes are true.
Looking at the public’s reactions… Hopefully the Jury are the same, hope Johnny wins because I notice a few of the members are starting to see the truth especially when Camille was asking simple questions to which Amber Heard was trying to twist or evade by long unnecessary answers!
You can’t see the Jury, they’re off the camera. The people behind is just the court room audience/reporters. Court rooms are open to public so anyone can come in and watch. Although in some of these high-profile cases you have to reserve the seats or it’s first come first serve type of deal.
