The thing about Ultron strenght is quite simple: he made vision's body, so not only is he aware of the full potential of this body, but he is the only one who knows how to make the most of that potential
It's far more simple than that. Ultron is a killer. Vision is not. Ultron used his robot brain to immediately asses the situation and respond accordingly, a full power concentrated blast of Mind power. Vision would use his reasoning, his emotions, to asses and even try to talk first like Thanos was about to.
@@StopReadingMyNameOrElse it’s going to be very interesting when 616-Doctor Doom restores 616-Ultron and reprograms him so he won’t be launching any nuclear weapons… Only Doom can alter and repurpose Ultron into his personal bodyguard
Are those reprogrammed Ultrons in 838? Or did a "SUPERIOR" Iron Man in that universe design a more domesticated model (one that never evolved and rebelled)? Don't get me wrong... 616-Ultron vs the Scarlet Witch? I don't give the advantage to 616-Ultron. But let's be fair: there's a big difference between 616-Ultron and the 838-Ultrons we see in MoM. I don't see any WHAT IF...? scenario of the 838-Ultrons pull off the finale of this animated series, and do I see that variant version slicing Thanos in half or killing Captain Marvel @@dominickhollan8024
@@gaboswrld Not necessarily, the largest issue that would arise would be the lack of anyone clearly suitable to wield the gauntlet. However, provided Dr Strange doesn't willingly give up the Time Stone, it's possible Vision gets to live as the extra time Thanos would have battled Dr Strange could allow the removal of the Mind Stone to be successful, and than he would be able to use the gauntlet. Hank Pym could easily also create time travel in Tony's stead, and since he's Hank Pym there shouldn't be any possibility for running out of the particles, opening up time to expand other aspects. Among the people who would be alive, there's a person connected to each of the stones enough. One of the more interesting things that could come from this situation is that no one would have connections to the battle of New York, so the Mind, Space, and Time stones would be acquired in a vastly different way. The soul stone would also present an interesting dilemma, since both Hank/Janet and Wanda/Vision have a ton of potential there. Hank sacrificing himself to parallel Janet's, or Vision sacrificing himself as his death is an absolute point. However, I feel like in this hypothetical they would go with Hank/Janet as there's a lot more room for interesting situations to crop up with Wanda and Vision having to retrieve the Mind Stone, namely seeing Pietro again. Since What If likes interjecting old projects with context from future projects, Wanda becoming the Scarlet Witch would probably play into it.
Don't listen to people that say "skip it". Al ll of them are important in advancing the story, yes including What If. You'll find out soon enough thatbsome characters you saw here will surface in live action settings later.
The crazy thing about Ultron is he near impossible to destroy as he almost always keeps a backup of his programming somewhere safe. It would not be too far fetched for writers to bring him back in some future movie or series.
Thanks for enjoying this! You wondered why Shuri was so small in Episode 6, and it's for a very simple reason: The story takes place around the same time as "Iron Man 1" (2008). When we met her in the movies, that was in 2018 as a woman in her mid to late teens. So in this story, she's a lot younger and shorter, but still very very smart.
Back in the day (late 70s), the concept of the "What If" comics was really hard to explain, especially because nobody read the comics. But today, everybody has seen the Marvel movies, and everybody gets the whole multiverse idea. One of the things I liked best about the What If series back then was the inclusion of the Watcher as the "host." He already existed as a Fantastic Four character, so seeing him that role was great fun.
So the thing with the stones is that they're different in every universe. Some stones do work in other universes. BUT the TVA in Loki is outside of time. The stones don't work outside of time. At least as I understand it 😂 This was a great reaction!!!!! Can't wait for the next. Also don't listen to anyone that says to skip anything... All the shows and movies matter to the MCU even if it's not obvious at first!
no thats not how it works. stones all can work in separate universes. in the comics you cant use stones outside their own universe. but thats not true in the mcu bc as we saw in what if they were using any stone in any universe. the reason the stones dont work in the tva is because there's no magic in the tva at all. same reason loki couldn't use his powers.
@@thedirtytowel3155 Yeah they're using diff logic with the stones than the comics, so they work across universes even if there are differences. Good point about the TVA. I assumed magic doesn't work there because it was outside of time or because of something Kang did. Science and magic are supposed to be the same after all 🤔
Peggy Carter (Capt Carter) is stronger and faster than Steve (Capt America) because she was in her prime when she was enhanced and was already a trained agent... whereas Steve was ill and not in the best physical condition.
I loved WHAT IF...? because I lived the comic books back in the 70's and 80's. The Watcher, Uatu, had broken his path of non interference so many times but had never truly been punished. Marvel Zombies was a popular series in the 90's. Can't wait for it to come to life. (Other than here)
Definitely been looking forward to you two getting to this show. 😊 This was a fun, "what if", animated series. Loved that some of actors returned to lend their voices for their characters. T'Challa as Star-Lord, Captain Carter, the Doctor Strange, and the Thor ones are my favorites of this first season. And I a season 2 is planned. Looking forward to the next reaction. 😊
The reason why they called her Captain Carter was not to confuse people that weren’t familiar with the comics. There’s already a character called Captain Britain. So not to confuse people when they introduce him to us people won’t be confused plus Disney may not of had the rights to use the name because he was a mutant and fell under the X-men titles.
Slight correction - Captain Britain isn’t a mutant (though he was a founding member of Excalibur that was part of the X-Men family of comics, and his sister is a mutant). Brian Braddock gets his powers from Merlin and Merlin’s daughter iirc
Also peggy is by far stronger than cap is here's why. 1. In cap's movie the hydra agent took a vile and then it got broken when cap was chasing him. So he got all but that vile which even with one missing made him a power house. 2. here in this what if, peggy got every single vile of the serum. The skys the limit on what she can accomplish. "What If" is straight from the comic books. It's fun because the writers get to explore things that they could never get away with in the main comic book stories. Fun Fact: for Episode 5 of Marvel's What IF is actually depicted the comics pretty similar in this version to what had happened in the comics for the zombified superheroes taking over the world by using their abilities even when they are zombies
Episode Four is vital, especially considering the events of the most important film of Phase IV: DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS. I won't talk about why because you two haven't seen that film yet. But it is important also to show that, despite his vow, the Watcher will interfere SHOULD the Multiverse and his own existence be threatened. That's VERY IMPORTANT not just because of the WHAT IF...? season one finale, but because of what is coming up at the end of the MULTIVERSE SAGA... we should expect the Watcher to be seen soon in live action.
43:15 Depends. I haven’t watched Love and Thunder, so Idk about that. But Thor was at his strongest in Infinity War. With Stormbreaker, he overpowered a blast from Thanos even though he had ALL stones. But he got weaker in Endgame because he was out of shape. Meanwhile, Captain Marvel was KOd with one punch when Thanos used the Power Stone. Just one stone. So, if Thor is in shape, I am sure would be more powerful
43:19 nah not even close, Thor at full potential would clap her beyond the concept of "diff" 48:02, uh Ultron would LOL, Vision had no understanding of the Mind Stone but Ultron did, meaning he could use it better and be more powerful.
What If and other MCU projects are made as a result of the Loki season 1 finale when Sylvie killed He Who Remains, the multiple was opened wide with multiple timeline branches
I can't speak for everyone, but no one I knew expected the season to tie together at the end like that. Anyone who came in thinking it would be like a modern serialized TV show quickly abandoned that idea after the first few episodes. So it was a hell of a surprise when the finale came along.
This "What If...?" season was supposed to be 10 episodes long, but because of the pandemic, they had to cut out the Gamora/Iron Man episode (delayed to season 2 coming soon). That is why it didn't make a lot of sense initially to have Gamora be part of the team when we had seen every other origin story except hers. I think it would explain the "stone crusher" in more detail.
Something important about episode three... Dr Bruce Banner is one of Earth-616's most gifted intellects. He used every trick he could conceive of to commit suicide thereby ridding himself of what he believed was a curse: the Incredible Hulk. He confesses this to Fury and the Avengers in AVENGERS (2012). He failed. But Dr. Henry Pym, the original Ant-Man, found a way to kill the unkillable Hulk. In THE WAKANADA FILES, Shuri admits that Pym-technology controlling size and mass is s even beyond Wakandan science. This is important: Henry Hank Pym is more scientifically intelligent than ANYONE on earth we have YET encountered in the MCU. At least as far as scientific understanding goes, Pym is more intelligent than Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, and Shuri put together. That will change once two other characters are soon introduced: Victor Von Doom and Reed Richards.
This show is cannon to the current mcu ao keep that in mind. And the watcher isnt kang hes the people who were with stan lee in guardians volume 2 when stan was talking to them in space
Are you kidding? With that vibranium body and the mind stone he could definitely take on the avengers. I understand why its difficult to swallow that ultron defeats thanos so easily but this is obvious. (Coz vision was a pacifist in using his enormous power and in infinity war her was nerfed by writers using a stab from the glave which isn't a random knife, it has a history in the comics).
People said they were flaunting Captain Carter abilities but when you think about it. and to answer your question they had the same amount in the machine but we have to remember Steve had an illness and the serum gave him peak human form, But with Peggy AND PLS WATCH AGENT CARTER without serum she can compete with a 1950s black widow soldier and her strength and tactical training was already good ADD serum you got a 2X more powerful super soldier. In the same way Steve struggled with Bucky because he was at average plus serum and the robotic arm but he had more experience than Steve aswell
I could be wrong, but I don't think this round of *What If..?* included the concept of the *TVA.* Many concepts we've seen in *Loki* might alter the available options. At the very least, the *TVA* works outside of _time and space._ So IMO it should not be considered when looking at these other universes. Did that make sense? 🤷🏼♂️
The only reason Thor died to the arrow is because at that one moment he needed to recover the hammer but since he didn’t touch it he was still mortal ❤
My theory is the Infinity Stones in the TVA are useless because the worlds they come from no longer exist as they have been wiped from the timeline and sent to Alioth. If the world still exists the stones retain their power.
Basically. Ultron has te potential to be the strongest vision. Vision is strong yea. But he was empty minded. Like recent born as he was prepared for ultron mind and instead of that the avengers made it to fast and rough put Jarvis and a bit of tony and banner into him. so he cant be any more passive. he is almost a human... (at thinking) Next. About the TVA and The watcher. I think the watcher is at the real end of the line. Yeah the one who remains reached to control time, power and space (i think he also can soulwork but its i cant probe it). But he lacked other aspects of Creation. When i think of The watcher i use to go for No way home. Khan was holding all timelines together so "other" khans cant reach sacred timeline. But when they all splited appart that let multiverse exist. Hence, There are dimensions to interact with. But if we take a look into "Loki". The TV shows said other khan's dimention wasnt "erased" they were just put far away. So i think the watcher let khan do all his work cause he was not destroying reality. He was just controling... And, from Dr. Strange is stated there is no mistake on sacrificing lifes in order for a bigger purpose. I like to connect this specific phrase with Miles Morales Spiderman. Wich he's being constantly said there are things they cannot change in order to become what they are... But the dude chosse to buy 2 cakes to really say what he wanted...
I want a scenario we’re Galatus he’s the infinity stones and becomes the most powerful thing in the multi verse and it takes all hero’s and villains in the multiverse to push him back into his reality
Welcome to What If ? This show is based on the comic series of the same name . Where the stories we know and love was flipped on there head like say what Peter Parker was never bit by the spider ??? Or what if wolverine was king of the vampires stuff like that . But this show Is based on the MCU . It’s wild
48:00 he is tho but doesn’t use his power like ultron because ultron doesn’t hold back and has no mercy and since Thor and wanda didn’t have awakened their truth power in age of ultron vision could have easily take on the hole team
There’s a legitimate convo about Peggy and John walker being stronger super soldiers than Steve because they were at a better body strength before the serum. Ultimately I think all SS go to the same point but it’s always good to speculate etc
I argue Steve’s stronger because he had the mind to train more, and harder. So once he got the serum, he constantly tried to push his limits to get even stronger. The others might have had a routine they stuck to, instead, just to stay “strong enough.” Their argument is compelling, though. I could totally see the authors just deciding John’s strongest because of that.
Shuri is so little in this because it takes place so quickly after the original Iron Man.. The first Iron Movie was released (and set) in 2008, while the first Black Panther film was 2018.
Captain marvel and Thor would actually be about equal in power. Obvi diff strengths and stuff and certain forms could top others (binary capt vs Thor) she definitely winning.
Captain Britain is another unrelated Marvel hero , so they avoided going there . Would not age very well if the MCU actually have an official version someday . it kinda fits the time as well , they would not have her represent the country that way

I love how Black Widow's electric bike sounds like it has an engine.
The What If... comics had some great damn alternate stories. My favorite was What If Frank Castle was Ghost Rider?
43:15
Depends.
43:19 nah not even close, Thor at full potential would clap her beyond the concept of "diff"
48:02, uh Ultron would LOL, Vision had no understanding of the Mind Stone but Ultron did, meaning he could use it better and be more powerful.
I love the momentary glimps of Galactus..... Roll on the Fantastic 4 movie.
What If is one of my favourite series MCU has produced
Imagine live action WHAT IF
This "What If...?" season was supposed to be 10 episodes long, but because of the pandemic, they had to cut out the Gamora/Iron Man episode (delayed to season 2 coming soon). That is why it didn't make a lot of sense initially to have Gamora be part of the team when we had seen every other origin story except hers. I think it would explain the "stone crusher" in more detail.
😂 everytime i heard “warhead” instead of war machine i almost did backflips
15:27 Randy's Donuts at Manchester and La Brea
1:31 I know I haven't watched in a few for some reason, but I don't remember these expressions on y'all faces before.
Woah, it's like this "What If" was like......What if???? Woah!!!! DUH!!!!!
Watch season two and it's gotta love all the episodes that you didn't imagine for.
48:09 she kisses em like awww my dumbass🤣🤣🤣
Not y’all thinking Nick Fury could pull off those moves against Hank Pym as Yellowjacket 😂😂❤
This show is cannon to the current mcu ao keep that in mind. And the watcher isnt kang hes the people who were with stan lee in guardians volume 2 when stan was talking to them in space
There already is a Captain Britain in Marvel comics (he has powers similar to Superman/Omni-main), that's why she's Captain Carter.
Did you know the actor who does Zola, the german scientist turned AI, is the same person that voices Dobby in Harry Potter?
The Iron Man/Gamora episode was delayed to season 2, but we are going to get it.
the watcher and kang are not equivalents. they're completely different characters
1:05 that was penicillin
Strange supreme is the 2 most powerful doctor strange in the multiverse
Which one's the first one?
@@YoureRightIThink the black priest strange.
The zombie episode is gonna get it's own spin-off series called Marvel Zombies
Captain British 😂😂
I feel the doctor strange episode of what if was actually like the flash movie

The Watcher was going to be Stan Lee that's why he was doing all the Cameos unfortunately he pass before they could thread him in the story with this.
Chadwick Boseman and Last Time see MCU or Project after Die😢😢😢😢 Wakanda Forever
14:55 I'm sorry?😂
My theory is the Infinity Stones in the TVA are useless because the worlds they come from no longer exist as they have been wiped from the timeline and sent to Alioth. If the world still exists the stones retain their power.
Basically. Ultron has te potential to be the strongest vision. Vision is strong yea. But he was empty minded. Like recent born as he was prepared for ultron mind and instead of that the avengers made it to fast and rough put Jarvis and a bit of tony and banner into him. so he cant be any more passive. he is almost a human... (at thinking)
Next.
My second fav show!
The others might have had a routine they stuck to, instead, just to stay “strong enough.”
Their argument is compelling, though.
Obvi diff strengths and stuff and certain forms could top others (binary capt vs Thor) she definitely winning.
xD im getting better at remembering names 5 minutes later the helmet from helena mhhhh i see hahahaha xD
You guys should watch SUICIDE SQUAD 1 it was really good!❤
Are they going to season 2 because season three is already starting
These are actually other timelines not necessarily what if’s
Captain Marvel wasn't absorbed stone she was absorb by krull energy
I’m so excited I just got out da shower IM READY-
Ultron Possible Back in Armors Wars and Avengers Secrets Wars
Captain Britain is another unrelated Marvel hero , so they avoided going there . Would not age very well if the MCU actually have an official version someday . it kinda fits the time as well , they would not have her represent the country that way
Vision literally is that strong lol
