Great to see this amazing reviewer watching another great reviewer:) , I couldn't agree with 9 of them but ford realisability will always be an issue but , this is a lot of car for 32 thousand dollars
I agree, but you are on RUclips and this is the USA. not hating on us Americans but... wait yes I am everywhere I go 9 out of 10 people I meet are opinionated sheepish people. they live there lives in the dog eat dog mentality working and shopping and working and shopping just to die never having really lived or made a real attempt to better anyone's life other then there own. we're a very sick nation and we need help. it's really sad.
To be fair however, this was a video specifically talking about what he did not like, so I made my comment as a little joke, I did not mean anything too serious about it.
+SacredSlaya I had some respect for this guy until he mentioned the tail lights. How fucking stoopid (I know it's stupid) do you have to be to not shut your eyes for a second when hitting the trunk release? I never stand a foot away from the trunk of my Mustang and put my face next to the tail lights when I hit the trunk release. I usually open the trunk as I'm approaching the car. I hope WRXfan doesn't stare into the sun. i guess stupidity runs in the family. His wife thinks the doors on a coupe are too long and a sports car is lower than a sedan.
+Larry Smith I've never had trouble with my trunk either. My face has never even come near the taillights when opening it... could be because I'm short and don't have to lean down, but still
Do you know what i say to the v8 guys or whoever asks "why the ecoboost?" "Why didn't you get the shelby gt350 or gt500?" Or when the shelby gt350 or gt500 guys ask "why the ecoboost?" "Why didn't you get the Ford GT with twin turbo v6?" Or when the Ford GT guys ask "why the ecoboost?" "Why didn't you get the bugatti veyron?"
The reason I bought it was due to the mpg. Its freaking awesome to have 300+ hp and great mpg at the same time. The car looks great and I happen to love the turbo wine. No problems here. After several mods to the engine, I'm getting 390 hp at the wheels 👍
#1 it's not a V8 LOL definitely and that depreciation almost made me cry! That's a ton man I'm shocked! But if you were looking at trade in values it means you were looking at new cars ;)
I actually ended up being the sucker and buying one brand new. I couldn't find any with low miles, so I sucked it up and paid 34K for a 2017. I have put about 700 miles on it so far.
10 Things I hate about the Ecoboost mustang 1. It's not the V8 2. It's not the V8 3. It's not the V8 4. It's not the V8 5. It's not the V8 6. It's not the V8 7. It's not the V8 8. It's not the V8 9. It's not the V8 10. It's not the V8
Awesome video bro...I completely understand hate being a strong word but it was hard for me to find 10 things I hate about my GT500 to... Luv how you included your wife in your video also... Thanks for replying to my video call out.
SubaruWRXFan, the Ecoboost engine you have in your Mustang, has been used as one of four engines choices in the Ford Falcon in Australia since 2012. As far as reliability goes, there have been no major reports of any problems. Unless you seriously change the engine from factory spec, I don't think that engine should be a worry in your Mustang. Enjoy your channel and keep up the great work. Dan Tasmania Australia.
+Cody Ceynar The funny thing about him talking about the sound is they tell you that the car makes some of the sound itself. It is piped in from a system in the car. He knew what he was getting when he got it now is saying he does not like it. It really does not have much sound to it without that system on the comp telling it to make it.
Cody Ceynar I have seen it. It really doesn't. I would get that car for the gas and still have the power not the sound. Like you said want the sound get a v8 heck get a 6 and mess with it. That is a good car but the sound is never going to be there really
Cody Ceynar Lol a lot of people say that. I have a 2012 v6 and I love it. I get told all the time when someone ask and I say it is a 6 why did you not get a v8. I say I drive it everyday. I need something better on gas and it is already fast just going to play with it so it is faster but still a daily for me. I just am taking it to 410/15 and be done with it. The thing with V8 they are not for daily driving. They are for show and really only for racing. If I can put two mods on my car and keep up with a stock and in some cases pass a v8 then I am fine. You mod a V8 that is even less gas. Then it turns into Smiles Per Gallon. That is from Thatdudeinblue. Great guy and channel
Dude, I LOVE YOU BRO! You're such a humble guy to the point that you don't even want to use the word hate. Keep it up man, I'm hitting that subscribe button after I finish typing this. Kevin Johnas, OUT!
I agree with your wife on both things. I'm 5'1 and even I've whacked my head a few times getting into my car. The doors are also just huge, like honestly they could be like 5 inches shorter and still be fully functional
+Brandon Green well that will defeat the purpose. Ford is trying to get into the 4 cylinder higher mpg market while still keeping the mustang muscle car theme
Thank you for sharing this video with us all. Great job. I am still awaiting to take delivery of my 2016 mustang GT. I cannot imagine I will find anything I dislike about the car after test driving it. This video shows there are some items that could be better. Keep up the great videos. Thank you
These comments are CANCER. So fucking childish, who cares if it's not a V8, who the hell needs to correct his complaints? So dumb, there's of course going to be things he doesn't like, there's no perfect car.
So glad I saw this to remind me of my experiences with Ford cars as they age, specifically squeaks, rattles, power accessories...I was considering a used Mustang convertible. I've had (or had family experience with) more than a few FMC cars including Mercuries and Lincolns. They feel good and sound good and appear solid for a year or two, then things start disintegrating. Thanks for reminding me to run away!
Oh and I love when people hate on the new Ecoboost Mustang like it's the first time Ford ever done something like this. The SVO Mustang was the first Mustang that had a turbo 4cyl back in the 80's and those have became collectibles. It's always nice to have a variety of engine options.
+subaruwrxfan i have a base ecoboost mustang its done 1000 miles and 4 months old i got offered $20k Canadian as i was looking at getting a focus RS I'm just gonna keep it lol great car i love it
I'm very pleased with mine. I've modded mine heavily for the strip though. Off the lot it has issues but as a race car it's good. The motor is an interesting choice for racing in the sportsman classes. Good growth potential.
I love my ecoboost too I was kinda nervous getting into as well because of it being a new engine.. But we will see, I did got the extended warranty because this baby is staying with me for a long haul. -- One thing that my boyfriend mentioned is the blue book value is what the dealer will pay you at trade in, so it doesn't reflect how much they would then turn around and sell it for. So the comment in regards to the depreciation is just a bit skewed.. Love the vid thanks for sharing!
Good video! I have 2015 Mustang GT and thought I was the only one with rattles in the exact same placed. The factory even replaced the headlight switch panel due to rattling. It's better, but still not 100% rattle-free. Cooled seats don't work well. Tail lights are bright AF
+eduardoandresf Yea Ford leather just sucks. Well really any leather over time will do this. My Taurus did the same. I personally dont think its worth the money. But having heated seats are so nice. If only cloth seats were capable of having them, except for that whole might catch fire issue.
so my honest opinion, should I keep my 14' base TP with cloth Recaros, Symc, and Brembos??? test drove a 16 CS but the clutch was too soft but softer highway drive. seemed slower compared to my 3.73 gears.
Do you think it's available with the V6 engine? I think only 2.3 or 5.0 :) I would easily pick a V8 due to the really tiny price difference, and a legendary Mustang V8. Mustang with V8 engine or it ain't Mustang :D
+John Doe The V6 isn't that bad actually. I couldn't really notice a huge performance gap between the two, but It definitely sounds alot better than the Ecoboost and will probably hold up better in the long run.
Awesome video! Pretty cool to have your wife participate in your reviews. I have a 2 month old 2016 GT and so far the interior is rattle free. Hopefully it will remain this way once I reached the 25,000 mark.
I test drove a mustang with ecoboost 4 cyl and was expecting more. What I got was a 4 cyl with 4 cyl noise and no low end torque. Like I had to rev it up to above 5k to get going and couldn't because the car only had 15 miles on the odo and the engine wasn't broken in. Then the dealer who sat next to me told me that many people just want the Mustang for the image. Bright red or yellow, maybe a convertible, loaded with options and a 4 cyl engine just to get the car moving. Wow. Side note, if you're still reading: I was at the same dealership a year ago because I got a "invitation from Ford to test drive any car for $50. I wanted to drive a Mustang, so I got a 2013-14 maroon V6 convertible lol. My point however is that at the same dealership I saw a Roush Mustang! Damn! White with blue stripes, bodykit, spoiler, nice rims, the whole deal. This was 2014. I came back a year later to test drive the '15 Mustang and that poor Roush was still sitting in the same spot! This shit makes me sad. Oh, the dealer then took me to the back lot and picked out a Mustang with a dead battery and rusty rotors haha.
This x3. i know your comment is a year old but so true. Honestly the performance package and fully loaded optioned ecoboosts go for 23-24k at the dealer on KBB, private sale even more. so idk if his claim is even true. My comment right now is in 2017 also on a 2015 ecoboost 2 years later
I think hes pretty lucky to even have that car, most people wouldnt say a word negatively but, when you work hard and save for a while and pay for something yourself then you tend to appreciate it more. thats just adult life and mentality.
+firstAnd LastKing Do you believe that the audience was forced to help? No, it was voluntary, so keep your mean spirited comments to yourself. The ones who contributed to the gofundme for the Mustang, including me, are more than happy to see a guy get his dream car and to be able to continue making amazing content. So if you have nothing nice or constructive to reply with, please keep it to yourself, your tough guy comment will not hurt me. Thank you.
+I Hoon A Minivan Exactly! I enjoy watching all his reviews! I think I've watched the 2016 Camaro SS one quite a few times. He enjoys what he does and makes it fun for others. Some will hate and that goes without saying! The best thing is not to care!
+I Hoon A Minivan Shows how big of a idiot you are, bet you havent donated shit to a homeless veteran or current soldier? This guy lived at home at the time didn't he? How can you live at home and not afford a car on your own? Suckers like you are born everyday .... A shame
I strongly recommend getting a PCV catch can. If you do not have one, oil blows past the PCV valve and gets sucked into the intake. The heat dries up the oil, and you get sludge in the intake and combustion chamber. Catch cans usually catch about 1/2 to 1 cup of dirty oil between oil changes that would otherwise be burned off and create sludge on the inside of the engine.
I knew depreciation was going to be an issue. The 4 Cylinder is the entry level now so I think it’s worth buying used. But anyways, nice video and man, that Fiesta looks gorgeous in green.
@@michaelramsey82 I have a 2017 Mustang V-6. My mechanic said the V-6 is good for 150,000 trouble-free miles. The engine is also port-injected--no oil catch can needed!
This car has dominated sales all year. Everyone hated on it coming out but it's been a massive sales success. Stock turbo on this car is good for 11's. My only dislike it that it isn't good for 10's.
+Mario Sanchez the reality is that chevy vehicles always brake. I had a camaro with a 55mm turbo with a built engine and the car felt like it was cheap
I agree with you 100% about the tail lights. I got a 2015 V8 several months ago and I STILL forget about them being so bright whenever I shut the trunk at night.
You should include your wife's opinion in more of your videos. It was interesting hearing about the car from a different perspective. I would like to see what she likes and dislikes with other cars aw well.
It's a pony car. Muscle cars are mid-size or full-size sedans that have large displacement V8's. A pony car is a small affordable American sports car and the Mustang is the original.
I own a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora that was bought loaded for 44k by the previous owner. Every kind of option you could imagine was on that car. I bought it with 120k miles on it for 3k. Car has been solid for me and thankfully the previous owner took it to the dealership to fix anything that the Aurora was notorious for having an issue with, but I was shocked that a car with a sticker price like that could go so cheap. Interior and exterior were excellent, and its super reliable but just a shocker at how far down the price will drop for what was once an expensive car.
Just bought a used 2016 EcoBoost premium, fully loaded. It cost 13,000 USD, has about 36,000 miles, and I’m looking forward to it. My last car was a bmw 3 series convertible and that thing is awful in terms of reliability, costed me nearly 5,000$ for one year of ownership in just matenience. I’m really glad that I don’t have to pray every time I turn on the ignition anymore
Nobody's comparing the eco boost to the V6. Mustangs are V8s and CAFE is the only reason these problem plagued eco boosts exists. There are plenty of videos on YT detailing the issues. One channel is hosted by a certified Ford dealer mechanic. Ford really hasn't nailed direct injection and turbos yet.
@subaruwrxfan I have an ecoboost that I put a touring ford exhaust on and I got to say I love the sound. It has a low grow when you rev it with the crackles which I love. Only thing that sucks sound wise is when the car has no gas and just sitting still. It sounds like nothing. But love your vids.
steeda makes a good clutch pedal spring that is easy to install to get rid of that heavy pedal feel. with the steeda spring the tension is so much lighter you can even compress it with your fingers. you'll trip out a lot when you see the difference between the factory spring which is three times the thickness of the steeda and actually gives you a better clutch feel as too when engaged and not! its worth it I installed it in my buddy's 2015 gt a few months back and he really loves it all for the same reason of a heavy pedal.
I can relate to the huge doors being a problem in tight spaces. I have a 2005 and I can barely open the door to the first notch in most parking spaces (which doesn't leave much room to climb in and out). I need to park several feet away if I want to open the door all the way. I wish cars had minivan style sliding doors. It would make getting in and out a lot easier!
Matt i agree about the tail lights, even my 13's lights are extremely bright. So bright in fact that when i break, you can see in the side mirrors practically as far as you can see with your headlights, where as in other cars I have driven you can barely notice.
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. IF I PAID $30,000 FOR AN AMERICAN CAR AND THERE'S 10 THINGS I HATE I'D BE PISSED TOO. ESPECIALLY THE DEPRECIATION VALUE FALLING LIKE A METEOR.
The base price for a 2015 Mustang is around $29,600. The ecoboost alone adds something like $3,500 or $4,500 almost $5K to to the cost of the car, last I checked. Its a much more expensive engine. So to drop from $34,500K to $19,000 after 20k miles is a massive depreciation. I love the 2015 V6 mustang convertible rental I got. I have nothing bad to say about it. I cannot wait to buy one!
1) My GT rattles somewhere in the AC vents which sucks. I also hear a loud snap sound near back window when im kicking ass. 2) The car drives like shit when its cold (not fords fault per say) 3) My Sync is non reliable Sometimes it just stops working all together. 4) The tail lights also blind me when getting groceries out at night (they are also spilled all over the trunk due to my driving) 5) Shifter is a bit sloppy. 6) interior is better than my 12, but still not the greatest. That's really all I have. Its still a sweet car and I love driving it.
Yeah about those rattles. There's Mustang forums all over the interwebz that talk about the various rattles Matt mentioned as well as some others. Not to mention the exterior panel gap issues. These reasons are why I was hesitant on the Mustang. I think the Camaro is THE car to have in that segment now. :)
The depreciation does stink - might as well go all in with the Ecoboost now- in regard to exhaust try a simple muffler delete - that's what I did and it was much better
Only thing I "hate" about that Mustang is...i dont have one LOL
SidTheJerk420 True shitt
One thing I hate about the video is the owner and one thing I like about the video is his wife
BreakinBeatz1625 😂😂
Same!
Sameee imma get one soon
Hate, as you mention, is a very strong word. We should all be kind. :)
Great to see this amazing reviewer watching another great reviewer:) , I couldn't agree with 9 of them but ford realisability will always be an issue but , this is a lot of car for 32 thousand dollars
+kosar mustafa A lot of car for 19k used, too ;)
I agree, but you are on RUclips and this is the USA. not hating on us Americans but... wait yes I am everywhere I go 9 out of 10 people I meet are opinionated sheepish people. they live there lives in the dog eat dog mentality working and shopping and working and shopping just to die never having really lived or made a real attempt to better anyone's life other then there own.
we're a very sick nation and we need help. it's really sad.
It is a very strong word, indeed.
That said, I Hate '90s Volvo 'engineers'.
I hate that yellow color LOL
First world problems. My tail lights blind me when I open my trunk...
Ikr wow...some people just amaze me
To be fair however, this was a video specifically talking about what he did not like, so I made my comment as a little joke, I did not mean anything too serious about it.
+SacredSlaya What can I say, we live in a first world we deal with first world problems. Doesn't mean we don't have actual real problems in addition.
My face has never even come near the taillights when opening it... could be because I'm short and don't have to lean down, but still
Do you know what i say to the v8 guys or whoever asks "why the ecoboost?"
"Why didn't you get the shelby gt350 or gt500?"
Or when the shelby gt350 or gt500 guys ask "why the ecoboost?"
"Why didn't you get the Ford GT with twin turbo v6?"
Or when the Ford GT guys ask "why the ecoboost?"
"Why didn't you get the bugatti veyron?"
This made me chuckle
The ford has a ecoboost to lol so they can’t complain
Bro most of those people who makes fun of an eco boost are the same people driving there moms Camry or accord
When someone with a Bugatti Veyron questions me, I always ask “why didn’t you get a honda accord”
The reason I bought it was due to the mpg. Its freaking awesome to have 300+ hp and great mpg at the same time. The car looks great and I happen to love the turbo wine. No problems here. After several mods to the engine, I'm getting 390 hp at the wheels 👍
What mods did u do?
Could you explain some of the mods you did? 390 is great lol.
Did you add a head stud kit and a high quality head gasket?
#1 it's not a V8 LOL definitely and that depreciation almost made me cry! That's a ton man I'm shocked! But if you were looking at trade in values it means you were looking at new cars ;)
hes looking for a v8 lol
edgar soto we can hope!
Haha you may be right...but now after seeing the value I'm not sure lol :/
This is why I want buy a lightly used 2015 model. Let some other sucker drive it off the lot. I'll save over 20% just being patient.
Kris Vladimirov exactly what I'm doing, gl hope u find a good deal
Kris Vladimirov when you go will you ask the cost from the blue book?
thats what im doing. picking up a 2015 GT premium with 4,300 miles on it next week.
Kris Vladimirov I bought a 15 this weekend with 22k miles on it.. I got it for 20k I priced a new one the way my car is and it was 35k new
I actually ended up being the sucker and buying one brand new. I couldn't find any with low miles, so I sucked it up and paid 34K for a 2017. I have put about 700 miles on it so far.
3:23 That Challenger gauge looks kind of cheesy imo. Mustang's is classier.
Awk Sweat facts bro
Things I like about my EcoBoost Mustang:
1) It's not the V6
Fail your car sounds like shit haa
Things I hate about your ecoboost: its not the v8
Has better performance, better gas mileage, better performance upgrades.
Its not a v10
Shut up, I bet you have a Ford Focus💀
😆 the tailgate lights! Man I I’ve gotten blinded so many nights when I open the trunk 😆
nice wife dude

All those things are incredibly reasonable. Was nice to see the wife being involved in the video!
Too bad Ford didn't do the gauges in comic sans.
dude, depreciation is amazing! For those of us who are disciples of Tavarish, anyway...
Lol jalopnik reference
Awesome video bro...I completely understand hate being a strong word but it was hard for me to find 10 things I hate about my GT500 to... Luv how you included your wife in your video also...
Thanks for replying to my video call out.
Thanks for the tag! Glad you liked it!
+subaruwrxfan no problem.
Things I hate about my gt
1. Faster than the Ecoboost in 1/4mile ,( 1.3sec.)
2. 2grand of upgrades & Ecoboosts are keeping up .

I completely agree about the gauges, even the gauges on the last gen Mustang looked better.
you are super professional you deserve more subs
The number one thing I really, really, really hate about my 5.0 Mustang GT is the police in the United States frown upon me opening her up.
the sound really? you bought the 4 cylinder. want the sound? get the v8.

+Devin Crave I wouldn't buy any canaro, charger or mustang without a v8. lol

This was the most legit 10TIHAMC I've seen yet. Lots of no bs real talk, good vid bro, keep it up
Dude, I LOVE YOU BRO! You're such a humble guy to the point that you don't even want to use the word hate. Keep it up man, I'm hitting that subscribe button after I finish typing this. Kevin Johnas, OUT!
Thank you for deleting the long and annoying intro music.
I think Matt only uses that intro. music for his weekly updates.
+Tat2Dragons yeah, that fist pumping sounding shit.
the depreciation is why i don't get why anyone ever gets a new car. Its such an illogical decision. Just get one that is a year or two old.
nate a new car is like a virgin girl...
Get a 1 year old mustang it goes down by 4 to 5 thousand
I agree with your wife on both things. I'm 5'1 and even I've whacked my head a few times getting into my car. The doors are also just huge, like honestly they could be like 5 inches shorter and still be fully functional
Ford should of just made a turbo v6 Mustang instead of a turbo 4
+Brandon Green well that will defeat the purpose. Ford is trying to get into the 4 cylinder higher mpg market while still keeping the mustang muscle car theme
+mu0325 the v6 gets good gas mileage you don't get a Mustang to save penny's
+Brandon Green Of course not, but the government forces automakers to make more fuel efficient vehicles.
+Jonathan Vernyika u know he knows what hes talking about when u hear v4😂
U see one is in a V formation and the other is in a line
Thank you for sharing this video with us all. Great job. I am still awaiting to take delivery of my 2016 mustang GT. I cannot imagine I will find anything I dislike about the car after test driving it. This video shows there are some items that could be better. Keep up the great videos. Thank you

It's like he knows it's not a V8 no need to say that 1,000 times in the fucken comments 😂
Ethan Burke couldn't agree more.. these are pretty childish, juvenile high school comments.
So glad I saw this to remind me of my experiences with Ford cars as they age, specifically squeaks, rattles, power accessories...I was considering a used Mustang convertible. The depreciation sucks big time. The 2011-14 GTs are now selling for around 20k which would have been more fun than an ecoboost.
Dude that gauge cluster is legit. It has that whole industrial rugged look to it. I like it.
How the fuck did These "things I hate about my car" suddenly became a thing for automotive RUclipsrs?!?!
Views.
+Preborton Since I couldn't put the Ford GT into reverse
+Vehicle Virgins legend
+Vehicle Virgins you hate mustangs, he wont review the 2015 - 2016 mustang
+Preborton
I guess maybe also for people with really expensive cars to show that ownership is not always good
Oh and I love when people hate on the new Ecoboost Mustang like it's the first time Ford ever done something like this. The SVO Mustang was the first Mustang that had a turbo 4cyl back in the 80's and those have became collectibles. It's always nice to have a variety of engine options.
Lol I gave $70 to that mustang kick starter and I think this video is awesome
+mreastonmurphy Lol glad you like it and thank you again!
+subaruwrxfan i have a base ecoboost mustang its done 1000 miles and 4 months old i got offered $20k Canadian as i was looking at getting a focus RS I'm just gonna keep it lol great car i love it
He lost your money on the depreciation. Lol
I'm very pleased with mine. I've modded mine heavily for the strip though. Off the lot it has issues but as a race car it's good. The motor is an interesting choice for racing in the sportsman classes. Good growth potential.
I had no idea about the depreciation. Damn.
Love the vid thanks for sharing!
get a 96 impala... "no hate, no dislikes"... trust me
Naw i wanna see him do 64 impala tho homie haha 96 iz koo
I would hate paying for gas
+Mexicancamper101 Gas is very cheap now so invalid hatred lol.
+corvettez06ss I've driven 2 90's impala SS's and theyre boats, nor are they fast. they just sound good
+corvettez06ss its a nice boat
Good video!
I have 2015 Mustang GT and thought I was the only one with rattles in the exact same placed. The factory even replaced the headlight switch panel due to rattling. It's better, but still not 100% rattle-free.
Cooled seats don't work well.
Tail lights are bright AF
I would never buy a 4 cylinder mustang. V8 or nothing.
serioo rs💯💯💯💯
serioo rs💯💯💯💯
what if they kept depreciating real bad and you could get a Ridiculous deal on one? Still no chance? I'll understand if no
Still no. I just can't deal with that 4 cylinder sound with a Mustang.
definitely
As a mustang fan boy it's so hard to accept people stating them but ,some fair points were made here 😤😤
I hate the loose leather on my seats, looks so bad
+eduardoandresf totally! I leaned my lesson with ford leather in the past. I asked for the cloth seats on my GT this time around .
I own an ecoboost fusion and I certainly have that problem as well.
+eazyd34
In my experience leather seats are nice to look at, but cloth is actually a lot more comfortable especially in hot or cold weather.
+eduardoandresf Yea Ford leather just sucks. Well really any leather over time will do this. My Taurus did the same. I personally dont think its worth the money. But having heated seats are so nice. If only cloth seats were capable of having them, except for that whole might catch fire issue.
+dcinhere
my GTI has cloth and heated seats
so my honest opinion, should I keep my 14' base TP with cloth Recaros, Symc, and Brembos??? test drove a 16 CS but the clutch was too soft but softer highway drive. seemed slower compared to my 3.73 gears.
Hey Mat! You said a couple of exhausts sounded better than the rest, would you share which one? Thanks
+nasomaz Cobb and Agency Power are my two favorites, the Magnaflow Competition sounds great too if being super loud doesn't bother you.
+subaruwrxfan Thanks! I was concidering the MF street series as it not too loud but the price $$$. I will certainly look into the Agency Power
+subaruwrxfan I like the Agency Power exhaust too, too bad they said it won't be available till spring though.
+subaruwrxfan I don't think you can install Magnaflow Competition on an ecoboost.
borla is great as well
The cooled seats work well in my 2016 Fusion, The seat bottom is somewhat more powerful, but the backrest definitely works sufficiently.
The one thing I hate about mustang is it isn't a camaro.
Lol he doesn't wanna downgrade
true
You spelled upgrade wrong
+yolo must die lol I'm dying after that man and the upgrade would be a challenger
+Danny Diez you gotta admit tho. the new camaros are killing it right now.
Just bought a 2016 mustang ecoboost premium coupe with 19k miles it’s BEAUTIFUL!
Who owns that very green fiesta?
His wife
His wife. She's in the video
Ken Block
+mrthebillman I shouldn't laugh at that but that was hilarious😂
+IMxYOURxDADDY viewers paid for part of her car too? goodness. Guess I'm dumb for paying for my wife's car by working.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way but your wife is so cute. You two surely make a good couple! Great video btw
Why didn't you get a V6 or a V8? Isn't the base model V6 cheaper than the ecoboost?
Do you think it's available with the V6 engine? I think only 2.3 or 5.0 :) I would easily pick a V8 due to the really tiny price difference, and a legendary Mustang V8. Mustang with V8 engine or it ain't Mustang :D
*****
O.k. my bad sorry. In my country you can only choose between 2.3 EB or 5.0 V8.
*****
I'm from Poland, Europe :)
+John Doe The V6 isn't that bad actually. I couldn't really notice a huge performance gap between the two, but It definitely sounds alot better than the Ecoboost and will probably hold up better in the long run.
*****
Cool indeed! small world :D
Awesome video! Pretty cool to have your wife participate in your reviews.
I have a 2 month old 2016 GT and so far the interior is rattle free. Hopefully it will remain this way once I reached the 25,000 mark.
I don't think you can blame the clamps on the turbo hose if your car is tuned and running more psi than the factory car.
Exactly. It was designed for stock boost levels, no more, no less. It's just something you have to accept when tuning.
+Heel Toe Not to mention if reliability is a concern (one of his points) he shouldn't have tuned it to begin with!
Happened to me too with a 100% stock car
ur wife is so sweet and lovely and I'm glad that she appears in your videos from time to time.
Tint the tail . American muscle
19k the dealer always offer you 4-6k less. Realisitically the car will be sold to another person for 25k
This x3. i know your comment is a year old but so true. Honestly the performance package and fully loaded optioned ecoboosts go for 23-24k at the dealer on KBB, private sale even more. so idk if his claim is even true. My comment right now is in 2017 also on a 2015 ecoboost 2 years later
Bray Zap I just got one for 18500 and it’s the full package.
That's really good, but what state do you live? Dealership or private? How many miles etc
I think hes pretty lucky to even have that car, most people wouldnt say a word negatively but, when you work hard and save for a while and pay for something yourself then you tend to appreciate it more. thats just adult life and mentality.
"1. Sound"
Really? you knew it was a four cylinder! tf were you expecting ? hah
Respect! That was an honest review from a car owner =)
reasons i hate my mustang that i couldn't afford it and had to use my you tube audience to pay for it
His subscribers wanted to do it. It was their idea.
Thank you.
Better then having a shitty Honda, you probably drive one huh?
Catch cans usually catch about 1/2 to 1 cup of dirty oil between oil changes that would otherwise be burned off and create sludge on the inside of the engine.
you did good in the wife department, thats all that matters.
I knew depreciation was going to be an issue. The 4 Cylinder is the entry level now so I think it’s worth buying used. But anyways, nice video and man, that Fiesta looks gorgeous in green.
V6 all the way between the two non v8 models
Why? It's slower and gets worse mileage.
Should of got a 2003 cobra, things I hate about it , it doesn't have a KB or whipple on it.
I wanted the v6 premium :( but there's no premium trim and there's no more v6s either :(
Damn! cute wife.
Thank you for having legit complaints. I've seen some of those videos where all they complain about it stuff they did to the car.
thats why you get a camaro
you are really fucking stupid
what does ford have? yall take L's from camaro dont even get me start on corvettes
+Mario Sanchez the reality is that chevy vehicles always brake. I had a camaro with a 55mm turbo with a built engine and the car felt like it was cheap
+T1GR3S13 well maybe its because you cant properly build a car
+T1GR3S13 Yes, they do "brake." Other cars can "brake" too.
I agree with you 100% about the tail lights. I got a 2015 V8 several months ago and I STILL forget about them being so bright whenever I shut the trunk at night.
+StickNinja Do you still forget not to look into the sun/
how about 10 things Beth dislikes about your driving haha
I love how bright the tail lights are! Really discourages tailgaters!
Drop the click bait bullshit that everyone else is doing
How is that clickbait?
+tm965 This isn't clickbait? Stop trying to demand something anyways. All you'll get is a fuck you.
+Leonardo DeLuna any video that has a 10 things I hate or 5 things I love has a click bait title. That's how
+Kendrick Lemir 10 things Kendrick lemir shoves up his ass...
You should include your wife's opinion in more of your videos. It was interesting hearing about the car from a different perspective. I would like to see what she likes and dislikes with other cars aw well.
That car should not be considered a muscle car
The gauges in a dodge challenger looks like shit, and childish, so not refined
Just bought a used 2016 EcoBoost premium, fully loaded. It cost 13,000 USD, has about 36,000 miles, and I’m looking forward to it. My last car was a bmw 3 series convertible and that thing is awful in terms of reliability, costed me nearly 5,000$ for one year of ownership in just matenience. I’m really glad that I don’t have to pray every time I turn on the ignition anymore
You know your a poser when you have a 4 cyl mustang.
You clearly don't realize that the 4cyl 2015 makes more power and torque than the v6 stock
Jack Matthews Its a fuckin Mustang! At least spend the money on the 5.0
Nobody's comparing the eco boost to the V6. Mustangs are V8s and CAFE is the only reason these problem plagued eco boosts exists. There are plenty of videos on YT detailing the issues. One channel is hosted by a certified Ford dealer mechanic. Ford really hasn't nailed direct injection and turbos yet.
+Angry Whale All Mustangs are poser cars - its by what degree that varies.
Actually a V8 Commodore sedan. Thank you for your contribution.
Complaining about the clutch... Solution buy an automatic -_-
steeda makes a good clutch pedal spring that is easy to install to get rid of that heavy pedal feel. with the steeda spring the tension is so much lighter you can even compress it with your fingers. you'll trip out a lot when you see the difference between the factory spring which is three times the thickness of the steeda and actually gives you a better clutch feel as too when engaged and not! its worth it I installed it in my buddy's 2015 gt a few months back and he really loves it all for the same reason of a heavy pedal.
So bright in fact that when i break, you can see in the side mirrors practically as far as you can see with your headlights, where as in other cars I have driven you can barely notice.
why do u buy the eco boost one? because gas mileage?
+El1TeGaM3r97 Better gas mileage, cheaper insurance, and cheaper price as I didn't want a base interior.
+subaruwrxfan I used donations head ass.
+RightQuickThoee you probably don't even have a car head ahh
taylor billingsley I do have a car head ass
+El1TeGaM3r97 boooooost
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. IF I PAID $30,000 FOR AN AMERICAN CAR AND THERE'S 10 THINGS I HATE I'D BE PISSED TOO. ESPECIALLY THE DEPRECIATION VALUE FALLING LIKE A METEOR.
The light thing is so true. Strait up blinds me at night lmao
I love my eco boost premium. Although it isn't as fast as the gt I still think it has a decent amount of power.
OMGGGGG!!!!!! "ITS TOO LOW" NO WORDS FOR THAT
Do you have front sensors ? Which did you get installed and are you happy with their reliability ?
1) My GT rattles somewhere in the AC vents which sucks. I also hear a loud snap sound near back window when im kicking ass. 2) The car drives like shit when its cold (not fords fault per say) 3) My Sync is non reliable Sometimes it just stops working all together. 4) The tail lights also blind me when getting groceries out at night (they are also spilled all over the trunk due to my driving) 5) Shifter is a bit sloppy. 6) interior is better than my 12, but still not the greatest. That's really all I have. Its still a sweet car and I love driving it.
I just got my wife a 2016 Mustang EcoBoost Premium and I think it's a great car, even though it's a 4 cylinder it still has great speed.
its great for a daily driver
It really is and it looks great.
Matt you nailed it on the head with the rattling issues. my gt rattles constantly normally on the dash near the vents
The depreciation does stink - might as well go all in with the Ecoboost now- in regard to exhaust try a simple muffler delete - that's what I did and it was much better
