My children had no choice but to grow up on Metallica lol. Both of them (19&24) love Metallica. Both have very diverse music interests. My youngest is more of a metal head than my oldest and he has been introducing me to newer type metal. But they both tell me they should have been 80s kids.
Dad knows.. the feelings MEttalica brought up in those times.. he lived in those times. Same here.. i feel you DAD. :)
Wait, i thought we've already done this right??
With his daughter
I got deja vu through the entire vid..
@@Tuttermane m2 man really
Next we'll see his wife react to it and then his dog. I'd still watch it.
@@Tuttermane ikr
We took my son to a Metallica concert at age 11, and Iron Maiden at 12. We went with him (LOL) to Ed Sheeran at age 10, it was his first concert. He still likes radio shit and whatever is popular these days, but he also loves Metallica and can appreciate the melody and the artistry. He very clearly sees the difference in the craft of music between heavy metal and other genres, and he appreciates the onness and openness of the heavy metal community. Start with them young. It works.
That dedication to Cliff gets me every time😂 😂😂
Best live performance of a song. Ever.
11:03 this guy just felt the vibe haha
that´s the way a person needs to enjoy a music...congratulations to the dad
The intro here is an amazing tribute to cliff
well done mate!you deserve an educational award.Metallica is probably the most powerfull metal band .period.this is not normal music.this is magical music.i used to run long distances under yhe harsh African sun, with music for every stages of the run.Metallica came in after 30ks,sweating,uphill ,tired but then the magic happen and i tell the elements and my body:screw you,you can't take me down,Metallica is with me!!!!!!!

This was a fun watch. You should show your son For Whom the Bell Tolls from Cliff em All!
Epi stuff!!! I am going mad!!! Thanks for the nice moment!!
My kids were raised on the Big 4. We've taken them to see them all. When Slayer announced their last tour, my daughter called me and told me that we HAD to go!! Lol.
I will forever be a Metallica fan. Even when they pump out a steamer like St. Anger, I still find something to love about them.
Map of Iceland on the wall and listening to Metallica. That’s good parenting. Congrats
Fuck, the transition from "to live" to "puppets" was SICK
Seen them in Columbia South Carolina.
And Justice for all Tour. 88/89
30 years later in Philadelphia PA.
How I wish I could relive that era again.
The energy is unbelievable
That kid wants to go check his phone sooo bad hahahaha!!
U r cool bro im 4 years older love how u explain this epic stuff to your kids your a great dad and i will sub to your channel
Show him a show from a small venue a few weeks before Seattle '89: Stone Balloon. Super fun.
The prelude is from "To live is to die" .
I was born in 93 and the wrong time for epic music. Metallica is my favorite band, these young kids need to know what real metal sounds like! Rock on man!
Lul "real metal"
Do fear of the Dark by Iron Maiden live in Brazil.
I'll check it out, thanks
My first Metallica song was seek n destroy, 1986 I'm guessing. I was hooked!
Just listen to it feels like a workout
They are one of tge best live bands ever ..... period
I love metallica videos of yours.
Im only a minute in to the video and im digging that picture of Iceland in the backround
My mouth was on the floor when I first heard this one!
A double reaction. To Live is to Die from Justice leading into Master.
The beginning is actually TO LIVE IS TO DIE, then they're doing the MoP thing.
Little fact: When they're playing T.L.I.T.D., there's an empty space between James Hetfield and Jason Newsted which is a symbol of Cliff Burton's death (original song is all about his tragic loss)
Best intro to master of puppets ever.
If I had a one-time use of a time machine to go anywhere in the past, it would be to go to this show 1989 Seattle.
Metallica fan since 1993, when I was in 7th grade, listening to Enter Sandman for the first time. Never thought the fact I was a girl had Any basis for liking a great band, lol. I just appreciate great music, no matter the genre. Alternative rock has always been my jam, but my musical tastes are All over the place. 🤘James Hetfield is a rock god, and this song is an absolute masterpiece. ❤
