Unimaginable that Jorgensen finished 38/39th and would end up being Olympic champ 4 years later, that Ryf finished 40th and would end up being a multiple 70.3,140.6 Ironman world champion, that Duffy finished 45th and is now an ITU world champ and potentially a favourite for 2020 olympics... You call swimming 1.5 kilometers in 18 minutes and cycling 40 kilometers in 60 minutes a warmup? Can you swim and bike those distances as fast as these women back to back?
Depends on your speed. I couldn't hold their speed for that long. Swimming 1km isn't hard for me. @@marcusmaher-triskellionfil5158 pretty sure I asked for actual, legitimate evidence. I am still waiting. It's sad but I guess that's considered journalism now. There is zero actual, legitimate evidence she was doping. None. So in your world every successful athlete is doping because Lance Armstrong was successful and was doping? I'd say that's naive and very sad also. It's naive to think all athletes are clean, they're not, but you need actual evidence to accuse someone of cheating. You just don't have any.
what is this a team race? why would you willingly go to the front of the pack on the bike.. these 2 hour races always come down to the end because the competitors are willing to stay at pace with one another the entire time. triathlons are dumb. lame. boring.
triathlons consisting of 3 sports, and u are not going to be good in all 3. by keeping pace with one another during the bike, you are indirectly following the pace that could be set by a poorer biker than you and who will then follow u all the way to the running portion and you will be putting yourself in a difficult situation if that person is a strong runner. by pushing the pace during the bike, going to the front, is an opportunity to drop poor bikers. its a strategy. no wonder you find it boring and dumb, that's because dumb people realize dumb things haha
most Triathlons are a not draft legal, meaning that you have to do a Time Trial which means it is a more individual and harder for weaker cyclist to stay close to the run
