    Performance enhancing drugs. The drug improved his performance, his body worked better. He took a powerful drug improving his condition. He was out of condition. He had a condition , we've all got a condition.

    Sky broke no rules, taking the rules to the max is a matter for conjecture. If the fault is with anyone its with the system of TUE's well done Brailsford and Wiggo, you are true champions.
