I just made 4 loaves of the "Homemade Artisan NO KNEAD BREAD", today 8/28/2020 and it was fantastic. I will definitely be making more in the near future. I made 3 loaves to give to 3 friends and 1 for my household.
I bake your bread on a regular basis!!!! Everyone loves it!!! Because of the heavy moisture here in Oregon, I rounded the flour to 15 oz, and left the water and everything else the same. I use only!!!! The “Pasta Fresca Farina Di Grano Tenero Tipo 00” It’s the le 5 Stagioni
I made this bread today. It came out so so good, it was easy to make and delicious. when it came out of the oven it was crackling. My husband couldn't wait to cut into the bread. He loves it so much. Crusty! The best! Fresh and warm, wonderful. I have fond memories of my mother making beer bread. We would tear off pieces and butter them fresh, and she would later slice the bread to make it even and put it in the bread drawer. It was baked in a round cake pan and I belueve it was a yeastless and a no knead bread.

Looks great bravo! I make this all the time but altered a few things. My first covered rise is 3-4 hours depending on dinner serve time. After the first rise I heat the oven at 450 with the dutch oven and lid on for a minimum of 30 minutes, my dough is rising under a kitchen towel . I also use parchment paper lightly floured, score with x cuts then pop bread in the Dutch oven cook 40 minutes covered and 20 uncovered. Let bread cool and slather with butter

I make something similar but drop the mixed dough onto a sheet of olive- oiled parchment paper. This keeps the hands clean and you use the parchment paper to lift the dough in and out of that scorching hot dutch oven.

I’ve been doing this method for over 12 years. I like it a lot, no kneading, and I mix after or before dinner, it ferments overnight, I shape, proof and bake next morning. The fridge isn’t necessary to use, but if you want, mix before dinner, ferment, then into the fridge before bedtime, overnight. This recipe originates from Jim Lahey, 2006 and I found it in 2008. It’s a great recipe.
Wow! I just made this bread and it is amazing! Perfect flavor and texture, but I did use a bit less salt. Still flavorful though! Made it with my new Challenger bread pan :) Thank you so much and I love your enthusiasm! Subscribing to your channel :)
I really like salt but found 1 tablespoon a bit much for me..The next time, I cut the amount by about 1/3. But I do use the butter with sea salt crystals except in cooking. I make a double amount now as I have started making it most of the time instead of buying bread. It freezes well.
Ahhh another great recipe! The texture is exactly as I prefer it, soft on the inside (but not too soft) and crispy on the outside. Some breads dry up after a few days but after 3 days mine was still moist inside. Thanks again Vincenzo!

I add a tbsp of evoo to this recipe , and use parchment paper in pot. This is perfecto !
Brava. Sometimes I add the evoo too. Good idea to use the parchment paper especially if you are using a stainless steel pot
Everything is better with EVOO!

Make it after dinner to sit over night.
I’ve been doing this method for over 12 years. I like it a lot, no kneading, and I mix after or before dinner, it ferments overnight, I shape, proof and bake next morning. The fridge isn’t necessary to use, but if you want, mix before dinner, ferment, then into the fridge before bedtime, overnight. This recipe originates from Jim Lahey, 2006 and I found it in 2008. It’s a great recipe.

I really like salt but found 1 tablespoon a bit much for me..The next time, I cut the amount by about 1/3. But I do use the butter with sea salt crystals except in cooking. I make a double amount now as I have started making it most of the time instead of buying bread. It freezes well.

Ahhh another great recipe! The texture is exactly as I prefer it, soft on the inside (but not too soft) and crispy on the outside. Some breads dry up after a few days but after 3 days mine was still moist inside. Thanks again Vincenzo!
