My mom made them every X-mas. I've done it a few times with my daughter. I think it's the best cake around.

Yes, it seems that in Asia they make several thin pancakes and wrap them around a roll. I imagine thats very dry.
@@MyGermanRecipes I think they tend to be both too soft and too dry, and they never have that marzipan-rum flavor.
