It's called choripán, it's bread with chorizo and sauces of your choice. The most common combination is chimichurri and mayonnaise. In my city (Córdoba) there is a choripan festival, which is also a competition. The best choripan is chosen.

In ATE's community tab (ATE is still run by Buzzfeed fyi they just try to hide this to make it seem like they're smaller independent creators) you will see them announcing a breakfast themed series where they have the audience submit videos of them introducing their country's dish. Their video will be featured while the hosts cook the dish the fan's video is introducing. That is Beryl Shereshewsky's model that she has used for years. Not mayo related, but recipe 2 is how I do cornish hens. Little bit of olive oil on onion, bell pepper and yellow squash, season those with salt, pepper, paprika and few cloves of thin sliced garlic. Put rack over that, sit 2 hens (since that's usually how many people I cook for) on the rack and roast them. The drippings make the veggies almost the perfect texture and adds a lot of flavor.

If you don't like the taste of mayonnaise, try making your own. You really wouldn't think it but homemade mayonnaise tastes a lot better compared to the store-bought products. If you use a stick blender and a measuring cup you can't fail, and it takes less than 5 min to make. You can also experiment with the taste by adding applecider-vinegar or mustard to enhance the flavour.

Mayo is basically eggs, oil and vinegar. Adding that to cakes will just add more fats and eggs, so of course it will make them more fluffy. Also, the vinegar activates better the baking powder.
The soda water does nothing, the bubbles go away pretty quickly while mixing.

Along with milk indeed and id put 50+ cheese in it as well😄 I never understood why americans make their mashed potatoes so smooth, chunks for the win!!!!
