one of the most influential band ever, like them or not that is the truth, no fakery or pretention there. plus in many forms the best back section you'll ever hear, but that's not just my opinion, its that of those in sonic youth, pavement, the birthday party and lcd soundsystem apparently, the peel sessions are well worth checking out it its "bands" you are into.

Ah, good old HMHB. Still going strong with their acerbic observations. I remember the old days when they'd just lash out at minor celebrities for comedic effect, but I do like how, over the years, they've shifted their aim from the soft celebrity targets to the more terrifying (and terrifyingly real) aspects of modern society.
