Always hate seeing people saying things such as Marti's lost some of his voice over the years. He's better now than he ever was. Even the late Willie Mitchell said himself. When he first came to him he was a good singer, but returned to him much later as a GREAT singer. The lads have not lost a thing. They've merely improved with age.
Saw Wet Wet Wet open up for Elton John in '89, and have been a fan since. Not trying to be cruel, but time, and possibly other things haven taken a toll on his voice. It has too much vibrato, and has gone the way of an older man's voice. It is what it is.
Wet Wet Wet was one of the best pop bands to come out of Scotland in the late 80's. A soundtrack to my youth! Great memories! Marti still looks great & his voice is as strong as ever! Feel good music!
Great concert! My favourite part is I can give you everything - such a great energy on stage! Shame I'm only realising now how amazing WWW were when Marti was still part of it. Kinda sad I'll never get to see them live in this constellation but luckily this concert has been uploaded which makes me happy every single time ❤️

Even if my first thoughts was: "OMG, how it will ends, it is not quite the same as was before", it was pretty much good! When the concert ended, i felt back in the end of '80s, and I do regret I couldn't be there. People are growing older thus they can lose their talents step-by-step. So why should we acting like we are perfect and will always will be?
Everyone looses their vocal ability with age nothing we can avoid im afraid but all that considered he still has it looks voice and all and considering what he's been through in life and came out the other side id say thats the making of a fuckin legend god bless you Marti rock on! ma man, rock on!!
