100 per cent.. Music has gotten lazy nowadays.. Even famous singers nowadays aren't that special vocally because it can be fixed so easily with auto tune etc.. My favourite singers are Lou Gramm, Steve Perry, Marti Pellow is definitely in there.. Starships Mickey Thomas, Richard Marx and Don Henley etc but there's so many greats from the 70s and 80s, too many to mention.. I'm Scottish but I like alot of great American singers. I seen Don Henley live 5yrs ago here in Scotland at Glasgow hydro and he sounded live just like on CD.. These singers live are just out of this world. Female singers Annie lennox, Stevie Nicks, The Wilson sisters from Heart, Alison Moyet etc. x

Marti had left the band in 2017. And yeah, it's Kevin Simm singing lead for the band. Also last 2022, Tommy and Neil had left as well, so it's just the two Graemes left with Kevin.

This song reminds me of the maddest yet coolest renditions of it. I trained at several Karate Clubs based in leisure centres in the North East of England. A lot of the lads were doormen in clubs and several were damn good singers. After training in the changing rooms listening to some funny decent folk and Karateka singing this to an incredibly high standard, word for word perfect. I know! Sounds mad but it was the 80s and those Dojos had some brilliant characters 👏.
