I sometimes watch these races and it gets to 15 minutes in and I realise that I'm more invested in it than any F1 race or pretty much any 'real world' sport that I've watched live in years... great stuff. Also, that Huracan is such a beautiful car.
When playing video games, if/when I make mistakes and don't do well, I have a tendency to get anxious and really upset. However, when I watch your videos, and you make mistakes, it helps me seeing you so calm.
I get what you mean and even though it can make playing games more frustrating than they need to be, it is still a good sign in my book: You put your heart into what you are doing and get disappointed when it does not work out.
@eliasgermer8762 As gamers, it's not so much that we take it too seriously, but that we care about it enough to have legitimate emotions about them. As you know, there are people who do take it too seriously, to the point of destroying their stuff if they don't do well or lose.
@eliasgermer8762 Take GT7. In single player, we have to win every race. That's not the case in multiplayer. It took me a while to get that mindset. Finishing in a better position than you start is a win. Totally different than Call of Duty, or something like that.

really enjoying this race this week, even in B/S lobbies it’s been ALOT of fun! slowly approaching A in my DR so can’t grumble, been a few scuffles because at start but nothing major, could get used to grid starts in VR, even if they are nerve wracking AF 😂
I’m enjoying your livestreams and videos! You inspired me to start doing the daily races. Today I made some laps on the Daytona road course Gr.3 race. Basically the lap time from my first lap was 1:54. I got it down to 1:49 secs. But it still shows me record time is 1:54!!! Wtf is their a certain way to close out to “record” your time?
If the group is this tight I’ve seen some success in just jumping into the pits after lap 1. Don’t bother with tires, just nail the laps and let everyone else duke it out with each other. Yes, you’ll be on the back foot for about the last 6 laps, but your pace won’t collapse.

I’ve been trying for the last few days to calibrate the wheel and tweak the settings but nothing. I’ve searched up countless of RUclips videos and it’s getting aggravating. I dont drive Geand Turismo, i drive Asseto Corsa insted, i have had Grand tursmo before. thou i like AC more. and bow they have made it better as AC Evo came, it is realy good.
