Mumbai has deteriorated in last decade, commuters worst nightmare. Car ho ya bike ya rickshaw or bus.. either BKC or Andheri it's simply shit. And expensive like hell but lifestyle like shit.
Highlighting issues like traffic, pollution, and overdevelopment in areas like BKC is crucial for raising awareness. Only when these problems are openly discussed and brought to public attention will the government and politicians realize what truly matters to the people. Kudos to the creator for shedding light on this!"
Travelling is one of the main reason why india is facing issue of Brain drain. Artery infra projects for city ( Metro) should be completed on top priority and their funding should never be diverted. Construction of metro station at road junction also creates traffic for cars . They should be done on fast track with not a single day off due to political reason or bad planning.
BKC = Bad Karma Complex. If you have to deal with this on a daily basis, you will hate your karma. If you are an elderly person, walking or crossing road can be very dangerous.
The massive bullet train station is really not needed. Its not going to be a big help and is causing in polloution due to construction work. There are hardly any street lights in the area and BEST buses are going down in number every day with no new buses coming. Those double deckers are show pieces as they cant go to Kurla Station. Removing cycle lanes wont help. The guridan minister should travel in the sharing rick once and see how cool life is in BKC.
Eh, dont think the Bullet Train is an issue here Similar work is ongoing in Delhi, due to metro-RRTS projects, but they complete it with minimal delays and have a functional public transit network Mumbai relies on colonial train networks to move people, with zero regard to point to point connectivity, deeply flawed city as we haven't really seen a great local minister in decades
No designated stops for private buses, other buses & autos in BKC . That's a big issue. Private cars & cabs can be diverted to back roads - that will solve the problem some bit. Pavements & zebra crossing for pedestrians are critically needed
Similar business parks in Bangalore have their internal travel by bus services, which run from the gates to the periphery of the park....simple and elegant way to avoid piling up traffic inside the business area Authorities could easily solve this by running buses on 10min frequency, and for fuck sake remove the open air dustbins, which overflow filth onto the streets in monsoon
No point of speaking andh bhakts will shout. Lutte raho aur tax dete raho. Beta soap lene me bhi tax Dena padta hai it's not just income tax. Think before you laugh

Lack of basic planning is the major issue. The area near both nearby stations is congested and it consumes lot of time to pass through them.

This is a temporary issue due to metro work and traffic diversion due to sion bridge demolition
Declare it a private vehicle free district & put buses & smaller vehicles.
