Thanks to kunal sir We got free experience of 5 star restaurant here. I wouldn't go there because i am quantity guy and i would rather eat out for a month with same kind of money.😅
NE frontier is in Pakistan. This cuisine is not from there. This is more of local Indian/Delhi cuisine, not sure why they named it NE frontier cuisine. Peshwari food is totally different
@Deira854 that's just gross misconception on your part. This is very much NW frontier cuisine and just because it has been around for so long people seem to think it is local. Absolutely not, this food came to India with the Mughals and incorporated Indian ingredients making it feel Indian. Don't just go by popular belief, do your own credible research. The name Bukhara is also a place in present day Uzbekistan. The cuisine derives cooking methods such as mincing, marination, slow cooking, clay ovens etc from the NW frontier. Tandoor has its roots in Persia (present day Iran). Pakistan is just one small part of the NW frontier and it includes Punjab and Sindh as much as the middle east. Ingredients vary based on microclimates and availability. Qualified chefs set menus based on authenticity not heresay.
@@Phoenix-gd4xw Well obviously I am not denying all that, I am from Pakistan. I know much of Pakistani and North Indian food came from outside and even the techniques, heck even the genes of Pakistanis and North West Indians like Punjabies or people of Delhi are actually more Iranian/Central Asian then they are actually from India. Real Indian food is actually South Indian. But What I was saying is that this specific food is not found in Peshawar, I have been there and eaten a lot there
@Deira854 I understand that you may not have a culinary background and food is such a subject that everyone thinks they're an authority. But you seem to make gross generalizations like Peshawar being NW frontier and real Indian food being South Indian both of which couldn't be further away from the truth. There's nothing called "real" Indian food, we even got tomatoes and potatoes from Europe. India being the epicenter of world trade till British takeover has received and incorporated ingredients and techniques from all over the globe and very few are actually native. So, I beg to differ. For more than a century, you get great Indian/Pakistan food in London and Bradford. Would you call it British?
If we can’t get a table then how can we eat there ? Or is it only meant for the rich ? I tried to book a table once for my wedding anniversary but I was told that I’ll just have to walk in ?! we ended up changing our plan as I didn’t wanna have to wait or not get a table when I arrive there with my wife … on our anniversary… having said that .. this episode has surely made me want to go there once !! I’ve lived in delhi all my life ..I’m 40 yrs old now and have never been there … I’d love to have atleast one meal there before I die … with my wife perhaps , it would be so special !!
There are thelas, restaurants, and 3-5 star fine dining. Some visit such place to enjoy the taste of food, for some it could be food+hygiene, for some it could food+hygiene+ambience, for some it would be food+hygiene+ambience+experience This is why the costs are different and the customer segment they are targeting. If Bill Clinton was their customer, you can understand how renowned they are!
Please taste the food by itself before adding condiments. It spoils the experience for the viewer who wants to understand the untainted experience the chef wants to deliver.
I really enjoy how Kunal eats with full heartedly and lots of exciting expression ❤
