How much weight can you lift with strict form on dumbells and predicator bicep curl with the range of motion in the video ? I apologize for the questions but I want to compare my strenght with yours because I´m a fan of you and you are an professional arm wrestler
I noticed you utilize preacher curls and other exercises with a barbell/ezbar- but with arm wrestling you utilize one arm at a time might it be better to train with dumbells?
Beautiful and super strong with amazing endurance. WOW. Now I feel super motivated but our gyms are locked as almost everything else. All I can do nowadays are pullups - gonna work on those one-armed. Wish me luck with my 90kg :D

And all those muscles aren't just for show. She is unbelievably strong. And even her sweat is attractive. She actually glows.❤

Been lifting weights for a while now and never seen someone jerk the weight up and rock this much. I isolate that jerkyness by stand against a wall when I curl.
Both is ok. Offcourse you are isolating more. She is training for strenght. Both is possible. If you look at most pro bodybuilders they do it both ways. Like for benchpress they often do half reps and they still growand get stronger. You can alsi use a armblaster iso standing againt the wall. Arnold used it and it seems its really coming back now 😎

I have been doing some of the same back exercises but slightly different using a lat pulldown machine. They help me tremendously over at the job I do.

sub scapular tear responds well to isokinetic training and in your sport could be quite beneficial to training both arms.
