    You're so freaking strong! Would love to see more armwrestling specific gym training! What things you do for hook, pronation, backpressure, sidepressure etc.

    Definitely inspirational. I have cuff issues and am trying to rehab without surgery. I'm glad to see your regaining strength in your cuff that was injured. Attaching the kettle bell and then doing chins. Really cool.

    I have been doing some of the same back exercises but slightly different using a lat pulldown machine. They help me tremendously over at the job I do.

    sub scapular tear responds well to isokinetic training and in your sport could be quite beneficial to training both arms.

    How much weight can you lift with strict form on dumbells and predicator bicep curl with the range of motion in the video ? I apologize for the questions but I want to compare my strenght with yours because I´m a fan of you and you are an professional arm wrestler

    I noticed you utilize preacher curls and other exercises with a barbell/ezbar- but with arm wrestling you utilize one arm at a time might it be better to train with dumbells?

    Beautiful and super strong with amazing endurance. WOW. Now I feel super motivated but our gyms are locked as almost everything else. All I can do nowadays are pullups - gonna work on those one-armed. Wish me luck with my 90kg :D

    How many days per week do you do biceps? There is such a fine line that can be crossed to overtraining especially considering the required table time.

    Hey Sarah! I have two questions for you if you dont mind
    1.) When should you do less armwrestling specific exercises like an ez bar curl and how do they play a role on table?
    2.) Do you ever follow a program when you train for armwrestling like a powerlifter would or do you just go to the gym and train balls to the walls? Which one has worked better for you?

    How should I train to help prevent that injury you are recovering from? I see you do a lot of normal weight training with full range of motion. How often do you train weights vs. how often training on the table with other arm wrestlers?

    Sarah, I just watched your match against Gabi Vasconcelos. WAs your rotator healthy?. Sometimes that injury takes time to heal. I still say you are the GOAT. I can't imagine anyone beating you with your technique, speed, and power.

    She is just awesome. She's a perfect ten. Her face is stunning and her body is perfect as muscular as anyone would want but she's not a bodybuilder she hasn't dieted her breasts away. And all those muscles aren't just for show. She is unbelievably strong. And even her sweat is attractive. She actually glows.❤

    Been lifting weights for a while now and never seen someone jerk the weight up and rock this much. I isolate that jerkyness by stand against a wall when I curl.

      Both is ok. Offcourse you are isolating more. She is training for strenght. Both is possible. If you look at most pro bodybuilders they do it both ways. Like for benchpress they often do half reps and they still growand get stronger. You can alsi use a armblaster iso standing againt the wall. Arnold used it and it seems its really coming back now 😎
