You focused on strength in the movement where most guys lose track and focus on the pump they feel. 3. you were both so happy and excited and happy for eachother where most guys seem to need to get angry at the weight to lift it... Some people don't show the pain or effort by screaming, gettign angry or making grand gestures; they simply clench their teeth and quietly endure it. Especially Gabi, she didn't let out even a simple grunt. Many people are like this but you don't see them online or notice them in the gym because, well.. They're quiet and stoic. Doing their business and leave.

Dang! Gabi's muscles are gigantosaur muscles. Only very powerful fighter women have muscles like her. You don't get those from just weight training. You gotta beat up A LOT of really, really tough muscled women to get that kind of a build.

Ridiculous power. These numbers are similar to my own lifts, but you'd both crush me on the table, I'm sure. I'd still like to find out if I could do anything at all though. That's what I miss about arm wrestling after a few years out of the sport - being able to test myself and gauge progress against stronger and more experienced opponents.

Good You both work together, that practice with short moves (not full lenth and way) makes more mass to "some muscles", but Beside those moves, it is good : - 20% of number of reps to be full length hand move, from bottom/lowest to top - and 20% other, to be moves as fast as you are able, both short and long moves - and last 10%, to be as slower as you are able , including stopping pause after every 2cm (around) on the path. That way, your muscles become ×2 stronger than only one type, because you activate additional muscles, - ie - building the power of the whales, with much more in number muscles than in humans. Just comment, opinion, and not obligation for you to do it if you don't wish. But take a note, on mentioned above technique your muscles become more "compressed" and you gain more weight in muscles than "you lookalike". Best wishes Sarah.
