Excellent video. I was able to follow your instructions and resize my watch band (not an Adina, but still the same basic type of expansion band) without issue, having never done it before. Saved me a trip to the jeweler's.
Good video. For me, the tricky part was the "u" shaped part that holds the expandable part of wrist band together. I played that part of the video many times . . . wishing video focused more clearly on this part. Once I understood this part, it worked! Thanks so much for this video. It saved me a trip to the jeweler, plus I had satisfaction of doing it myself!
Bought a timex on Amazon and someone posted a link to this vid in the answers section on how to adjust at home. Awesome vid, band is now fitted!

You can remove teh sections and replace them new sections or replace the whole band which would be my suggestion
