    Dude. Even going to the gym and benching the bar puts you ahead of most people. Everything that improves you is something to be proud of. Don't drag yourself downç

      Yeah man just wanted to make this video objectively, but I totally agree, progress is progress and that something we should all be proud of

    Most influencers make 225 seem unimpressive

    Bro ur height is not an excuse for not benching much. The worlds best bencher is the same height as you.

    • @DanielLialka
      @DanielLialka  3 месяца назад

      Not saying height is life or death for benching, but the reason a world class bencher is as tall as me and still the strongest is because the extra height allows them to pack on more weight and size. I'm not gonna ever be weighting as much as those guys do so for me its only a con, albeit being tall is not something I'm ever gonna complain about.

      @@DanielLialka Well you are not wrong when it comes to height= more weight, but I am afraid height is very diverse at the top level. For instance, Jimmy Kolb, one of the best benchers in the world and is 1,75cm. Larry wheels is an insane bencher as well and is 1.85. Eddie Hall and Julius Maddox are 1.90.

      @@osciboyhernadez3957 oh yeah and just to be clear, what matters isn't height to be exact but wingspan. Taller people generally have longer arms which means they have worse leverage at the bottom of the motion and also need to move the weight further.

    Just going to the gym and staying consistent is something to be proud of, I don’t go to the gym because I want girls or I want to look good, I go because I challenge myself physically and mentally every single day to push myself harder than last time. keep up the good work, you will hit 225 👍
