      The one I personally use is called "RepKeeper" but the one in the image I believe is called "Strong", Its a mobile app that is completely free

    Really high quality video. I've been continuing to progressively overload and am still hitting PRs weekly, but a year into fitness the visual improvements have really slowed down. Hoping that by staying consistent, switching back onto a cut and getting some expert advice in the coming months, I'll be able to jump start my gains back up and look stronger as well as feel it

    Your so close bro. Remember to wait on that back swing before pulling you pulled too soon. Also your wrists wont twist over if you treat it like a pull up. U got it

    Grip plays an important role. I suggest you do on a lower bar first to have a more overhand grip.

      @@DanielLialka im just saying some people dont have the energy to spend their rest day continuing to fatigue their bodies or minds. Where millions work themselves to death or into injury, just from fatigue alone, working in extreme weather or just how labour intensive their work is, they do need a day to rest. To say nobody does, only makes you seem unaware that working out on your off-day is a privilege, not everyone has an office job, and your video gave the vibe you were looking down on those people who work extremely difficult jobs for resting on their rest day

      @@thebreadster1500 Just to be clear though this advice would still help someone who is fatigued from working, the point is that this sort of exercise is light and should not be in any way, shape or form be straining. What's its meant to do is allow healthy blood flow so that a person can recover better and faster.

    Height and weight? I am 182cm and 85kg, I do muscle ups. Try to learn the pushing from the ground in to a muscle up first, and do it many times, I did 2-3 weeks of that, then when I actually tried doing a normal muscle up I was able to do 5 easily

      @@DanielLialka no bro, it's just that you are not used to the movement and your brain subconsciously is scared of trying new things even though your body is ready. Start pushing from the ground into a muscle up, and I would recommend when you're in a muscle up stance at the top do dips on the bar and try do them slowly not fast, and also try to slowly go from the muscle up back to the ground not jumping just controlled movement. Keep up I definitely think you got it

      @@DanielLialka Also forgot to tell you, spam lateral raises if you have dumbells at home. Most of the movement is based on your strong shoulders, so you need to make them very strong and big while of course also training chalistenics will make them used to the movement. I would recommend spamming lateral raises every day or every single day, going from a low weight controlled movement to a higher weight and spamming till you're just doing very bad form and can't do more.     You know when kipping with your knees, it helps more when you extend your legs fast rather than bending them to your chest fast then letting them extend on their own slowly, funny how my mate was struggling just like you with the muscle up I told him this today and he got it So next try when you bring them to your chest quickly and explosively extend like you're about to jump and boom you find yourself over the bar🎉 Let's get it!
