Youre not overtraining at all, its essentially just a LOT of cardio work in addition to the gym everyday. The only thing you really need to be conscious of is that if youre trying to build muscle you have to be in a calorie surplus, and the amount of cardio that you do will certainly require you to eat quite a bit more every day and it will be harder to track. Other than that, as long as the muscles groups that youre hitting in the gym feel well rested and can do the same volume and reps as last session or more, then you're in the clear. Hope this helped!

@@Stinkuh69 thanks you so much man, this makes a lot of sense, and yeah my main problem has been trying to gain weight, I was able to bulk up 50 pounds but got many stomachs problems from how much I was eating

I wouldn't say you are overtraining since you do things everyother day, but with that said, the intensity of the workouts need to be pushed farther. For me, after my workout at the gym I'm already superexhausted and just want to rest. The main thing to prioritize is the scheduling, doing walks and calistenics to start the day is great especially during summer, but if you are doing gym, running, climbing /swimming all in one day (for example) you would be over exhausting your body too much because of the endurance and cardio needed for both swimming and running. My advice is to split these workouts which I don't know if you already do, but its best to have your gym day and climbing day split up with say [Monday gym tuesday climbing ] something like that.
For the other two which are cardio related, I have some science to give. So I don't wanna sound like a science guru but studies show its best to do low intensity cardio like jogging after a weight training, its the best way to loose fat and also maintain muscle. Another thing is, you should probably try to plan the time you go to the gym during the evening (like 5-7 pm) would be good.
Whats important is that you should really do what you want, so if you think you could have enough energy for adding in swimming in the day you already are doing weights and running, it would be smart to do swimming in the morning then gym and running in the evening so you won't be constantly exhausting ur body.
Finally, I will just plan one format of schedule for you. - day 1 morning walk/calisthenics - swimming, evening gym and running (optional). Day 2 normal daily routine, first workout could be climbing, - swimming if you want and gym, but make sure the climbing activities are at least 5 hours away from the time you would go to the gym. Alternate or switch depending on the rest day you take.
Any ways sorry for the yap just hope this helps :)
