Hi Natalia, I wanted to leave a comment to thank you for this series on the pelvic floor. It's literally the most comprehensive and detailed I've found on RUclips. My physio had recommended some of these exercises, but you've added some excellent ones to my toolkit. The way you explain things makes a lot of sense to me and establishes solid "awareness connections" in my brain. I sincerely thank you for your work.

Hi. Thanks for sharing very usefull videos. How long it takes to see results if we do excercise three times a day as per your videos i.e long, short and with cough
