@@dr.personey5196 you can find ballrooms in the overworld, or locate them with maps in envelopes in pillager outpost chests, and you have to kill every illager to start the fight, you can also use the config and illage and spillage mod to make him spawn in raids(never make him spawn in 4th or 8th wave, the illage and spillage boss will make the two bosses invulnerable until the raid ends by itself)
Please look at igneo’s combat revamp. It’s a mod that completely overhauls the vanilla enchantment system by tweaking it and adding new original enchants
