Because consumers in the West are different than the consumers in Korea. I know not everyone likes boxsets and would rather just get the CD and vice versa. As well as it being expensive to create such things.

The copies of this cd that I received have a very bad printing, yours too? It looks as if I printed them myself on a cheap printer.
there're some tiny little scratches on the CD jewel case...the printing quality is fine tho
