1. Did you order it off Halsey official website??
2. Where do you live?? (I live in Ireland and haven’t received it)
I ordered it from uDiscover store (which I guess is a branch of Universal Music), but it was sold out on that site. Got it within 3-4 days after I ordered...which was SURPRISINGLY FAST, cuz I'm from Hong Kong😂

so what im seeing is that you get two of the same things but one is signed and empty and the other one comes with the cd ??
yes you're right! I guess that's because it's easier to sign the empty booklets than having them well-packed and sign
