They know more then most people commenting. 180 and 360 are basically the same thing. They use 360 to keep them tighter with limited space for hiccups at this speed. 180 is for guitar pro and its limitations.

That drum part that starts at 2:35 is so fucking good. The way the snare is ghosting the blast beat over the bass drum gives it such a good feel. I don't think I've ever heard anyone do that before.

When a band takes a few years between albums they tend to come back with something good, where as when bands are on yearly album release record contracts is when the creativity runs out and even good bands release mediocre/repetitive albums
So far these singles are giving me everything I want from my most anticipated album of 2021.... and there have been/ will be a fuckton of great releases
I don't hear anything new here, the instrumentation itself is blasty-blast gravity overdrive, weedly weedly and a dissonant section reminiscent of Organic Hallucinosis era Decapitated. It's nothing mind blowing.

I've never listened to a song by Necrophagist and enjoyed the energy and melody. This is as techy as you get, but the actual song melody and energy is still high. It's a good song, not just on a technical level. There's a balance that other bands can't seem to find.

I don't hear anything new here, the instrumentation itself is blasty-blast gravity overdrive, weedly weedly and a dissonant section reminiscent of Organic Hallucinosis era Decapitated. It's nothing mind blowing.
@@Pragnantweggyboard Here's where you have over thought it. Tech death is not good. It's musically impressive, but it's technical for the sake of being technical. I've never listened to a song by Necrophagist and enjoyed the energy and melody. This is as techy as you get, but the actual song melody and energy is still high. It's a good song, not just on a technical level. There's a balance that other bands can't seem to find.

It's like overly hardcore Rick and Morty fans trying to explain how only someone with their genius Rick intellect can truly appreciate the show.
