Yo bro best tutorial I've ever seen , good heads up with the asio that came with cool edit , I would had never even thought of that , you said you have more vids I'm going to subscribe n smash that like , walk me through this big hommie , 1
I really like your style of teaching. As a neurodivergent person, I really like having the project laid out in steps like that, rather than telling me it all at once. The only issue I jhad was that even though I had it at the highest settings, the letters on the app itself were hard to read. Also, does anyone know where to find the buffer settings on PC? My layout was a little different. Using the latest version of Audition
Thank you. Your buffer settings are in your audio hardware in Adobe Audition. Select asio for you device class & you’ll see it. If you are using a usb mic, download asio4all. This way you’ll be able to select asio > asio4all > buffer size.
@KelliMusic so I got to exactly that, the audio hardware and it's a different setup. There's no buffering or the second thing. What's there for me is selecting the mic and speakers
Great Vids!!! Complete beginner with Adobe Audition and RodeCaster Pro2, ive'recorded multitrack format using Rodecaster Pro 2 as ASIO device (no option to select playback/output device) however i cant hear anything from my recording. audio peak meter level bounce back and forth when played the recording. Im trying to listen to the recording via headset which is also connected to the same pc. Please advise what should i configure to have the audio routed to headphone without breaking my multitrack recording. Thanks in advance

This helped alot! I actually have sound now and don't want to destroy my computer! Only I only get audio in one ear, no stereo in my headphones... anyone help please?
Haha, welcome! Is it just your vocals coming through in one ear or everything? If its just the vocals you may be recording in stereo, make sure your recording your vocals in mono.
@KelliMusic I have my guitar going in from.my miditech audiolink. I think I'm.just gonna smash it up and never record again. Thanks for the help but techy types have ruined the world. I don't see a future as I'm not technologically minded at all. Used to record loads and could work computers. Can't anymore

How on earth is it possible that Audition can't do text-based editing but the MUCH more complicated Premiere Pro can? Am I missing something in the Audition Tools? It's such a no-brainer that Audition should have transcription and text-based editing!
Adobe Audition is an audio program to record audio. Premier is a video program to make videos, which makes sense. What would you use text based editing in an audio recording software for?
Well, having used both since their creation, I wasn't really confused as to their purpose. Have you ever heard of podcasts? And editing podcasts? Long form audio is a thing and having transcripts would make that process light years easier. Shocked you aren't aware of the billion dollar podcast industry. @@KelliMusic
Really appreciate all of your Adobe Audition videos bro. You are helping out a lot of people. Thank you man, God bless🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Happy to help my guy! Very welcome 🙏
I am so glad that error came up. I didn't know what to do. Thanks man...;-).
