@7x779 how do you feel about the nepotism and legacy candidates who only got a job because of their family? You want a perpetually drunk frat boy who only graduated because his family donated to the alumni fund flying your plane? Ok. V1, rotate.
Biggest hack is book row 1 if it’s available. The Polaris seats are slightly staggered and your footwell stretches under the seat in front of you so it gets fairly narrow, especially on the narrow body planes. Row 1 doesn’t have a seat in front so the width of the footwell is significantly wider since it’s not under another seat, which means more comfort when you lie flat. Also if you are traveling alone, book the single seats that are NOT angled to the aisle, you get slightly more privacy that way because you are not directly facing foot traffic and you have a shelf / storage cabinet separating you from the aisle.
I'm 6'1 and my friends are taller … non of the biz seats with any of the airlines are "stretch out" … they're all okay, but still cramped and row #1 usually means you're in 1st class international, not biz.
@@brightymcbrightfacenot on a United Polaris flight. They don’t have “first class” so Polaris is always at the front. And I only know this because I was able to travel alone in biz class for an international trip. The “bulkhead” on this specific airframe (1-2-1) DOES give you more space. It’s not a lot, but it’s nice if you have a bag you’d like to keep with you even when you lay the seat down. It’s a super super luxury for most of us, so might as well make the most of it when you get the chance. 👍🏻
@@ct8764Frontier used to be the best. Then they were sold, first to Republic and then to the current idiots who are doing their best to destroy the company.
No the biggest mistake is to take one of the straight oriented seats against the fuselage. Because of the wall the Control Strip for the recline is offset by 5 inches, robbing you of space
Oh god. Be careful if you book on the 777 configuration they have where there’s 4 across in the middle and there’s hardly any separation. Horrible experience
The biggest mistake might just be …booking with United. Remember…they are all about diversity and equity. They are willing to hire pilots based on equity…as opposed to merit. I don’t know about you, but I want to fly on the airline that hires the best+most experienced pilots.
Well put 👏👏- idgaf about the gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation of my pilot - and it doesn’t make sense for us to be expected to congratulate them on random features like that as if you private life or aspects of who you are that you didn’t choose are worth oooo-ing and ahhhh-ing about 😅 - all that matters to me is can you fly the damn plane safely and well and not crash or leave me with bruises after a shoddy descent - the pilot could be a purple person with polka dots for all I care - just get me to my destination safely and on time and don’t hire people based on what they look like (bc that’s just straight up a violation of federal law, not that they seem to care 🫥)
United f'ked me over back in 2014 and i haven't flown them since. Use this carrier at your own risk. They simply don't care because they don't have to.
I've gotten some low business class fares to Europe for about $2500 roundtrip. Once you get used to paying for it, its easier to cough up the dough....for some its just a mental hurdle more so than actually cost prohibitive.
Flying United Airlines in the future will be like a crap game. With their new hiring DEI initiative the CEO means to install your pilot may be winner or it may be snake eyes. For me it's not a game I intend to play.
Never forget that “United Breaks Guitars” AND, they beat up Asian surgeons and drag them off their airplanes. Now they are employing D.E.I. to recruit pilots and mechanics over those who may (most likely do) have higher aptitude, knowledge, experience, critical thinking skills, talent, merit…
When you have a death grip on your armrest with seconds to live, take comfort in knowing you have the most diverse crew in the industry. Have a nice flight.
Rest assured, I'll never make this mistake as I'll be in coach section 😂
Good for you. Ill be packing myself as luggage.

As long as those who score high on the diversity equity and inclusion scale are in the cockpit, you'll be fine

There’s still good and bad seats in economy too! I always check a seat map before I book any flight
‘The noisy aisle’, like there will be tons of walking traffic during your flight!
Video is nonsense
Exactly! Every seat in the business class is next to an aisle so I don’t know what is he talking about “noisy”

How is that a "hack"? Do you even know what a hack is? Most overused, misunderstood term ever.
Also row 1 is the one where no one survives in a crash.

All true, but there are times 1A is blocked for the relief pilot/crew rest for long transoceanic flights.
The champagne is not free. You've already paid for it
No shit Sherlock
So I can get a cheaper flight if I don’t want the Champagne?
Yes, of course the champagne and other food and beverage extras are baked in, as well as the lounge, etc.
WHAT 😲 😯 😮
Complimentary is a better word.
There’s a case for honeymoon seats, and one for 20th anniversary seats. Just saying…
Lol!!! True!
and put their kids in economy just like in home alone 🤣
Free champagne? I'm pretty sure you've already paid over the odds for it
Thanks for the tip!!! first time using business class. after seeing your video I changed our seat assignment to the side by side " honeymoon" seats.
They're the same seats. And how can a couple of inches make a huge difference in sound?
Step 1: get money to fly business class
They gonna break guitars😂😂
The middle seats are not more spacious …they’re the same size as seats in business class
Your first mistake was flying United
Couldnt agree more
I guess you haven't been on Frontier;)
@@ct8764Frontier used to be the best. Then they were sold, first to Republic and then to the current idiots who are doing their best to destroy the company.
This
I second that: booking United in the first place is the biggest mistake
There is no such thing as free champagne
That's according to the TANSTAAFL Rule if I recall correctly from my intesectional deviancy course.
Aren’t you pointing at the same seats for green and red?
Champagne is not a reason for flying any airline. #1 is safety. #2 Likelihood of flight taking off and getting to your destination on time.
"Cause united breaks guitar"
From your photo, the aisle is next to all seats. I dont understand.
I just wish they selected the BEST pilots to fly their planes.
Your safety and well being is not of their concern.
Thanks for the upload. We're planning on flying United from Brisbane to San Francisco in April. These seats look good.
They are very good, you'll enjoy that long flight.
You also get, for free, a DEI pilot that was not the best pilot available.
“Free champagne”. It ain’t free, you pay a fortune for the seat that includes it
Looks like the same seats, and dude, that green fuzzy ball you’re holding looks ridiculous,
That arrangement is similar to Air Canada's. Outer seats are single, no one to yadda yadda you during those 14 hours to Hong Kaong.
No United after dragging out an Asian looking doctor who was on practice assignment and got his teeth knocked out during that violence by the UAL
The seats are def not comfy in Polaris class. The foot wells are so narrow, it's claustrophobic.
Wing seats are the least crowded...
But the title shows and plane and the world trade center 💀
What about the World trade center? What does it had to do with United?
the biggest mistake is to bring a guitar
No the biggest mistake is to take one of the straight oriented seats against the fuselage. Because of the wall the Control Strip for the recline is offset by 5 inches, robbing you of space
LOL United treats kids and parents so well.
Nah I book the single seat to get my alone time.
Absolutely, even though the middle seats have a divider, I still prefer the single pods at the window.
I do like Polaris but usually fly solo so I go for the window pods
United Breaks Guitars :v
Man I always take the luggage class :(
Cargo compartment low key cozy tho
Aren’t they the same seats?
united breaks guitars
The Polaris seats seem a little weird. The footrest is not quite aligned with the seat. it's hard to get comfortable using the footrest.
Oh god. Be careful if you book on the 777 configuration they have where there’s 4 across in the middle and there’s hardly any separation. Horrible experience
That’s been relegated to domestic services- don’t worry.
Good to know. I hope to do this one day.❤❤❤
I’ll be in the back with the rest of the fight club thanks
The biggest mistake is even choosing to fly United. 💀
The biggest mistake of flying with United is....flying with United. End of story.
What's going on that's so noisy in those aisles?
The biggest mistake might just be …booking with United. Remember…they are all about diversity and equity. They are willing to hire pilots based on equity…as opposed to merit. I don’t know about you, but I want to fly on the airline that hires the best+most experienced pilots.

When she is mad my just move to the second option
“this is the biggest mistake you can make when flying uniteds business class”
*shows united plane right in from of the world trade center
Thank you for sharing.😊😊
Imagine hearing calping sound while sitting in middle row before landing😂
Edit:- thanks for 28liks first time in my life😅
Calping????
Ya, what is it?
Clapping. 👏🏽. That makes sense, if u r in middle, that sound is amazing.
Thanks for sharing 👍 😊 😀
I’m pretty sure worse things have happened on United flights before…
United f'ked me over back in 2014 and i haven't flown them since. Use this carrier at your own risk. They simply don't care because they don't have to.
I’m short and not Rich so the only way you are likely to see me in Business Class is through the generosity of the Airline …
I only wish I could afford to fly business class
I've gotten some low business class fares to Europe for about $2500 roundtrip. Once you get used to paying for it, its easier to cough up the dough....for some its just a mental hurdle more so than actually cost prohibitive.
Do they still break guitars?
Let me remember that when I save enough in 30 years to buy 2 tickets
I WILL NEVER FLY UNITED AGAIN AND NO ONE I EMPLOY WILL EITHER.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT WE'RE YELLING ABOUT!!!
Free champaigne…😂😂😂
This makes no sense. Can anyone make this make sense? 🤔
Give me a like when you saw that baby on business class😂
Complains about noisy aisle seat. Brings a kid into business class. You are the noise
Yes! Babies in business class??
How can some seats be farther from the aisle and others closer when the seat configuration makes everybody seat an aisle seat?
Those were the same seats!
Why is it noisy aisle? Are they dancing in their extra space away from the plebes?
The wtc behind: YOU. KILLED ME ANDSISTER
Do they have a first class or just business class?
It's the BIGGEST mistake. Don't make this BIG mistake. Your LIFE will depend on it. You will end in MISERY. Imagine sitting next to the NOISY aisle.
According to this configuration, every single seat in business class here is on a noisy aisle. 😂
The one I flew in had 2-4-2 and I was seated backwards.
Free champagne 😂 nah, you’ve paid a massive premium for that.
So a guy speaking into a bunch of broccoli tells me where to sit, and then tells me not to sit there.
I just made the change, thank you!
biggest mistake is flying on a Boeing plane that’s United
Nice,,, all business seats we built and I put laminate on it
I hate that the couples seats are next to a window. I want my window seat
I’m only booking because of that cute lil light

Like how all those passengers that have been killed due to pilot error from white male pilots over the last 50 years, gotcha.
What are you on about?
@@Jdalio5 seems it's contagious
@@Jdalio5reread your sentence.
@@bp900Look up their hiring practice. If that doesn’t concern you then you’re hopeless.
The champagne cost $100 per glass wether you drink it or not.
Question is, will this airline allow physicians to fly this class while wearing leggings and bring along big rabbits without getting beat up?
Nope, flying coach with a few bottles of whiskey
That's if I fly United.
If I do I better hope they don't break my luggage!
The actual biggest mistake is bringing a guitar
Still holding onto that 15-year-old pre-merger "joke" are we? 0:01
Try telling that to Taylor Swift 😂
The seating chart quite self explainatory
Um, the seats are the same size no matter what formation they’re in.
If you’re not a couple you want the other seats so you’re not close to some stranger, even if there is a barrier?
Me getting flashbacks when I see the plane and wtc
That Champagne is not free! 😂
The wrong seats are highlighted wrong 🤷🏻♀️😂🤷🏻♀️
Protip: look at the seating chart for details Stevie Wonder wouldn't miss...
You’ll get dragged and they will bust your nose for no reason.
Yes because those few inches make such a difference with all the noise coming from the aisle… like wtf 😅
Idk the difference. To me it seems like he choose the same seats as good and bad.
Nah im asking my mom to book the middle so me and her can sit together
Gotta have the money first to make the mistake 😢😂
But windo🥺
Don't make the mistake of listening to this video. All the window seats are typically taken first for a reason.
little difference in economy 😂 and also steward from there doesnt smile to economy😂
Which seat guarantees your luggage comes with you?
Its not "free" champagne
The biggest mistake you make flying United is buying the ticket for your flight on United
